Loved it! The perfect stay

Beautifully designed place. The location is perfect. I even booked another night extra. The staff was super helpfull and nice to me. The bed was super comfy. I wish I saw the watercooker earlier, its in the hallway. And i guess i couldve used it. Easy to check in/out get in/ out. Yes the door when leaving.. just push as hard as you can. The bar downstairs is so luxurious. I sat at the outside terrace without having to order anything. Amazing spot. Free coffees available. Thanks a lot to the owner

In the weekend its busy in the streets and the walls are thin so just a bit noisy

No reception desk, difficult to gain access initially with code provided but someone arrived within a short time. Stairs difficult if not young and fit, particularly getting luggage in and out of room. No kettle or coffee maker in room.

Minor gripe - I wasn't aware they were digging up the road outside the guesthouse. Major - parking availability. The closest parking location cost me half of what I paid for the room alone (out in the open). Not ideal, but in a pinch, it's an option.

Great place for a good stay in Kapana, Plovdiv

Great place in the heart of Kapana. Very clean and very comfortable. Very helpful and friendly host. I had a problem with the digital locks and the codes, but the host acted quickly and helped me, for which I am grateful.

The room was kinda small, but had everything that you might need for a great stay. It was looking over the cafe so it got a bit noisy in the evening.

Really lovely decor and very welcoming staff. The guest house has just been taken over by new owners, but the photos on review websites etc still accurately reflect the lovely decoration. We had one very spacious room with a sofa and table at one end, and a small double. The new owners plan a cocktail bar downstairs (we were sad it wasn’t already open), and were so friendly and welcoming. They could not do enough to help us. Great breakfast. Location fantastic- so central to the tourist sites and restaurants.

Really there was nothing not to like - there is a fairly main road close by, which you could hear through the double glazing from the room that looked that way, but it wasn’t very loud. No lift - which may be an issue for visitors with disabilities. But owners very keen to help carry bags upstairs!

Superb room! Easy and quick check-in. Nice staff. Perfect location.

Breakfast seemed to be one of the highlights based on the pictures and reviews. Unfortunately, due to low occupancy when I was staying (it was a Monday), there was no buffet, so I couldn’t try the breakfast advertised in the pictures. But the staff kindly prepared a standard one for me. Maybe next time!

Location is very central and close to many historic areas and restaurants and bars, place is pristine and outstanding quality, hotel owners treat everyone special and go above and beyond to welcome to their hotel, rooms are very clean and great quality, one of the rooms was a little small but still excellent, no elevator but hotel helps with bags.

No specific comments as everything was excellent, breakfast choices could be enhanced compared to other similar hotels but overall they are sufficient and satisfactory

The perfect place to stay in Plovdiv

The perfect place to stay in Plovdiv. Small and very cosy hotel - only 8 rooms. The staff is super friendly and supportive. Location - you can not imagine better. 300 meters from the Old Town, 50 meters to the restaurants street with dozen of cool places to eat, 350 meters to the central walking street. If you want to explore Plovdiv - it is the very convenient place. We were family of four, and booked two rooms. Both rooms were nice, well furnitured and cosy, and we didn't hear each other and the sounds of the street. Next time to Plovdiv - we for sure will stay here again.
