Hafta sonu Plovdiv gezisi için konakladığımız bir otelin ötesinde yaşadığımız Hotel dışı bir sıkıntı ile ilgili olarak gerek sahibi gerekse çalışanlarının gösterdiği olağan üstü çaba ile bizleri son derece mutlu ettiler. Konum olarak çok güzel bir mevkide olması büyük avantaj. Yürüyerek istediğimiz her noktaya ulaştık. Aracımızı ön rezervasyon ile otelin kapalı garajına bırakıp zevkle gezdik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Personel çok iyi niyetli, son derece yardımsever. Otopark sorunu yaşadığımız için bizim uzulmememiz icin konaklama ücretimizin geriye kalanini iade ettiler.

Kahvaltı yok, otoparka inmek için arabayı asansöre yerleştirmek gerekiyor, bu da yaşlılar için sorun. Otel önünde park etmek imkansız polis anında ceza yazıyor. Ceza ücretini otel karşıladı. Ancak ücreti ödemek için akla karayı seçtik yarım günümüz öldü.

Lo que menos me gustó es que hasta el centro de la ciudad tienes como unos 15-20 minutos andando. A demás, del aseo salía un olor horrible.

Yola bakan odalar gürültüydü . Odalar boş olmasına rağmen değiştirilmedi . Odalarda hiç oturacak düzgün bir sandalye bile yoktu . Balkonlu oda diye daha yüksek para alındı ama çok küçük ve oturmak için hiç bir şey yoktu

Otelin sahibi ve çalışanları Türk oldukları için iletisim kurması kolay. Cana yakın ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Taharet musluğu olması tartışmasız bizim açımızdan tercih sebebiydi :) Yataklar çok rahat oda genişti. Çarşaflar temizdi.

İlk girdiğimiz oda sigara kokuyordu. Biz ilk anlayamadık kokuyu biraz garipti ama sonrasında odamızı sinek basinca değiştirdiler. O zaman anladik. Odalari temizlemeye gelenler havalandirirken sinek basiyor muhtemelen. Oda icindeki telefonlar çalışmıyor. Tv lerde artık bi youtube netflix falan olsa çok iyi olur en azından çocuklar için iyi olur.

Odlična lokacija i fenomenalan, potpuno nov hotel. Sobe su prostrane, lepo nameštene, sve je lepo uklopljeno, čisto i uredno. Garaža je na raspolaganju gostima hotela. Za svaku preporuku.

Možda bi mogli dodati neku zavesu/pregradu za tuš kabinu, kako ne bi celo kupatilo bilo mokro posle svakog tuširanja.
