Good value for money

The hotel is in a central location and within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was delicious and it was included in the room price. There are several breakfast options to choose from. The free coffee was of good quality, which is not usually the case, so I was pleasantly surprised. The bed is big and comfortable and the A/C was working perfectly the entire time (critical if you want to survive the hot weather in Plovdiv in July).

The water pressure in the shower was a bit poor and the pillows were a bit too high and stiff for me so I had some neck pain afterwards.

Fantastic welcoming staff in ideal location for folk festival

The reception staff were outstanding. Welcoming and helpful. I stayed at this hotel for a folk festival in a near by park. It was ideal location.

Thie layout and space of the room was great. Big comfy sofa and chair.

Excellent location. Very clean. Rooms are large. Very well equipped even mini bar is available and reasonably priced. Refurbished bathroom. Tasteful breakfast. Parking available for free.

Perfectly decent hotel for my two nights in Plovdiv

Breakfast was enough and tasty though had limited options. Rooms were well air conditioned and had a fresh fragrance. Short trip by foot to the town centre. Staff in all departments were exceptional! They really made the hotel.

· I was 4 nights in this hotel. it was my second time In the studio room, which is large, with a jacuzzi, a very comfortable bed and a sitting area. The room was great, clean, pleasant and comfortable, the location is about 1.5 kilometers from the center, . The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good but very basic. ·

· A little more options at breakfast would help.

The hotel is great in every aspect.It is spotlessly clean,spacious and bright.It provides every comfort necessary to the guest and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. A special mention should be made to NEVENA,a very sweet and caring girl who prepared our breakfast servings.She speaks Greek very well and she makes you feel right at home with her kind hearted disposition! Thank you for everything,NEVENA,the hotel is lucky to have you,you are truly an asset! 🙂

It's close to the center not in the center. But a 1k walk is good for the appetite
