Decent location. Big room. Nice looking modern hotel

Room smelt of smoke when I entered. The shower was broken when you raised it to it’s highest point necessary when you are 6 foot. It wouldn’t stay in place and kept going back to the bottom.

Decent hotel but nothing fancy

Staff was attentive and professional. The bar & restaurant downstairs was great to hang out. 3 fixed plate options and great coffee for breakfast. Convenient location and parking in front of lobby.

Rooms could be better equipped. Very small issues add up and result in slightly above average experience. The 1 bedroom apartment I rented had no safe. It was also just above the entrance which got loud at night at times because of people hanging at the bar downstairs. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Bathroom had no vanity to place toiletries on. Bathtub had a shower curtain that did not cover the full width but was also too long for the height.

Really large room with nice view. Overall nice looking hotel. Staff was polite

Terrible building quality. Extremely noisy and we couldn't sleep at all. People partying in the room next to ours. After complaining to the reception nothing changed. Very uncomfortable pillows too

Good for a 1-2 days stay in Plovdiv

Hotel is 15 mins walking from the city center. Nice terrace. Helping bartender we appreciate! Thanks for placing at higher floors as requested

The room was good for 90s heritage standard, but looks outdated, There was only 1 available 220V socket in the room.. the other one we found in bathroom for charging our phones. The strong cigarettes smell from previous guest also did not help the environment

I had a pleasant stay and am happy to recommend Hotel Noris.

This is a pleasant, modern hotel and the location is very close to the center.

My room faced the courtyard and with the windows open, the noise from the bar below carried well after midnight. With the windows closed and mechanical air system on, the situation was remedied and I had a comfortable stay.

I liked the room, spacious and comfortable and also the sanitized bathroom. The location is ok, close to public transport. The staff were helpful.

Nice but...

Nice clean place near Plovdiv's city centre.

There were no hot water in the morning so I could take a shower before departure. Also the breakfast was a menu based and was not nearly enough in quantity. The coffee was really bad.

The hotel is placed near the center. The room was ok.

The window is broken, is impossible to close it completely and all the noises form the street can disturb you all night long. The air conditioner system make some horrible sounds even if is completely close. From 30 minutes to 30 minutes all day long it makes some sounds like a strong short circuit and during the night is even worse.
