A Bad experience in Plovdiv

1.-The blonde lady at reception ( working night shift) was very rude and impolite. 2.- My mattress had blood stains ( woman period) disgusting!! 3.- we were at the hotel for 3 nights. They never clean the rooms and even they didn't change the towels!. We were 6 persons in 3 rooms 501/502/503.

Excellent location next to the station. Very spacious room and large comfortable bed. Easy to walk into the historic centre.

Perfect

This is a surprisingly good hotel - comfy beds, spacious room and bathroom, 24 hour bar, which is value for money, so you can get a coffee also very early in the morning. Perfect location if you want to be near the station.

Simple place next to train station

The hotel is located just next to railway station, we arrived late, so the location was perfect. The room was quite spacious and clean (except under the beds, we pushed the twin beds together and that revealed an interesting cultural layer). All the basics are there, good place to stay if you just need to crash somewhere for a night or two. The hotel is an easy walk away (some 15 mins) from the centre where all the buzz is. There is a massive construction work going on at the roundabout next to hotel, which makes the walk a bit longer because some parts of streets are closed.

The room was quite spacious and even stylish but very unpractical. There were some shelves but the place to hang clothes was so short that you can't even hang a longer shirt, not to speak about a dress. In bathroom absolutely no place to put anything, not even anywhere to hang a towel.

Good location near the train and bus station. Clean and extremely spacious rooms! Kind personnel. In general I enjoyed my stay!

Parking places are limited but we were able to find a place every time we needed one! Some of my friends complained for noises from the train station, but I had no problem at all as my room was at a different sector. WiFi signal was bad in my room, but was ok in other areas in the hotel. The price could be a bit lower, as there was no breakfast.

Miserable experience. Would not come back

Good location. TV didn't work initially but was fixed by a staff member soon after notifying them.

Sheets and towels reeked of bleach. Found hairs on mattress upon check-in. Towels not replaced or rubbish taken out over several days. Shower cabin has no door so bathroom gets flooded every time you take a shower. Room was shaking one night from an event in the restaurant downstairs - seems like no one cared to keep the noise down.

Exceptional

The A&M is an excellent choice for travellers and new-comers to Plovdiv. It is situated right next to the train station. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean, and the staff are polite and friendly. The city center is merely a 15 min walk away. Can absolutely recommend.

Not a huge deal, but If the room faces the train station, it could get a little noisy in the mornings.

The location is very strategic and you can go to the old city center walking for 10-15min. It’s a new or renovated hotel and it looks nice and clean.
