Overnight stay for business purpose, I came back to this resort for several times.

Excellent venue, almost central location (still, 30 mins walk to centre), large parking, clean, breakfast of excellent choice, very friendly and professional staff, spacious rooms. Will always come back with pleasure.

There was no solid soap in bathroom, but only liquid; I prefer solid, other people prefer liquid) No other bad things to mention; because the hotel is really great (that's why I came back several times)

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I was a little groggy the next day. The temperature of the water in the bathroom was very variable, sometimes it was warm, sometimes it was lukewarm.

Great stay and value for money

We love this kind of Hotels, big and nobody is bothering you with anything and everyone is nice and calm !! Great big room, clean and silent. Great Parking on site. The breakfast was nice and the Restaurant in the evening was very good, we will be back definitely !! Again very nice and polite Staff.

I was told I’d received a Premium upgrade to my Superior room. I asked at reception what exactly the upgrade was, since I’ve stayed here many times and always book a Superior room — the cheaper ones just aren’t worth the price. At this hotel, rooms closer to the elevator are usually better. The “upgraded” room I got was oddly shaped — very long, around six meters — which made the distance from the bed to the TV feel awkward. It didn’t feel very ergonomic. I asked to compare it with the regular Superior room I’d actually paid for. After some time at the computer, the receptionist offered to show me a similar room one floor below. It was identical but smelled fresher, had a stocked minibar, and the wallpaper was in better condition. I took that one — a small win for an already disappointed guest. When the hotel hosts company team-building events, the two elevators are simply not enough. I also don’t like the new restaurant menu. They removed the salmon with asparagus and hollandaise sauce — the only truly safe option — and replaced it with a strange deep-fried pulled pork meatball served with mashed potatoes, gravy, and oddly fried edamame. No comment. Breakfast has gone downhill as well: no omelets, no porridge, no freshly baked croissants. Raising prices while cutting costs and lowering quality doesn’t work well with loyal guests.

Perfect hotel to stay, especially if you are travelling with your dog!

Well-kept hotel, with specious and spotlessly clean rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and we were really touched by the way they welcomed our Labrador. Along with a bowl and beef they have also had left a toy a treats for him, as well welcoming message - 10/10 for making your guests feel at home!

Standards are slipping.

Food is great. Parking is plentiful, secure and accommodating for low sports cars etc. Spa is very clean and well maintained on previous occasions. Standards climbed a year or two ago!.

No warming that the Spa was closed indefinitely, and was told that it was an emergency repair. Only to later find out that it was an established fault that should have been scheduled as to not inconvenience customers. Really disappointed as I book this place mainly because of the spa. Manager should have just told the truth! Staff could be a lot more friendly upon greeting. Instead they looked at me as if I was an inconvenience. Only one person at the desk knows how to greet clients. I think she's Ukrainian and an asset to the company. A young boy in the restaurant needs international skills, as I found him offensive. And I have stayed there many times. Maybe less in the future! Standards are starting to slip again. On previous occasions a manager would always come and make sure that my stay was going well, and thus, be able to give feedback on the fly. Just didn't happen this time, hence the long text.

Staying for the first time at Radisson, and I can truly say that we will definitely come back. Everything was perfect and everyone was so accommodating. I recommend this hotel for pet owners, as it’s pet friendly.

Our Radisson experince was great. We stayed comfortably with our two children. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is excellent. The parking area is large. It is 7-10 minutes away from the city center. The staff is attentive.

Lovely hotel in a good location

Lovely room, very comfortable. Great facilities, good gym and spa. Lots of parking. Easy, safe walk into town.

We inadvertently stayed during party season when the schools finish (which was pretty noisy) but staff moved our room to a quieter location.

Nice hotel, fancy breakfast but not so comfortable sleep

Nice Hotel. The room was big and clean. Very nice staff. We even got a free room upgrade ,from Standard to Premium room. The Breakfast was amazing with a very big variety of choises

The loud and continuous noise from the building ventilation system , even if the AC is turned off! We had to use earplugs, to be able to get a few hours of sleep.

If I come to Plovdiv again, I would like to visit

The hotel was clean and the furnishings were new. The welcome was friendly. Everything was as it should be. We only went to visit the whiskey library on the top floor when it was undergoing renovations. This made us sad.

I was surprised that there was no toilet shower here, as is available in other 5-star hotels in the Balkans.

Lovely hotel

We got free room upgrade upon arrival. So the room was really specious. There was free healthy home made chocolate waiting us in the room. The bed was super comfy. The parking is free and specious as well. There is a beautiful garden in front and at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the stream bath and the spa in general.

In reality there is nothing to complain about. The only thing was a bit of noice from the restaurant after 10:00 pm as there was a wedding and people were staying out to smoke.

Stylish, complete and decently priced luxury hotel

It is a very nice and stylish hotel with very large rooms and a great spa. We primarily relaxed in the spa and enjoyed it a lot. It has different saunas, a steam room, showers etc.. The breakfast buffet is very large and has everything you like to find for a lazy long breakfast morning:)

The jacuzzi is nice and hot, but has a lot of defects and most bubbles didn't work which was a pitty.

This is a great hotel, we were satisfied with everything. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremly comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, I haven't come across such a generous breakfast in hotels for a long time. The staff was polite and kind.

Great value modern hotel within a taxi ride to town.

A very pleasant modern hotel with secure parking. Excellent value and the reception staff were very helpful with an excellent customer relations attitude. there is a separate, comfortable bar area that also offers an outside terrace. The restaurant was very comfortable and the food good. The hotel is in a good location to access via car but a taxi ride from the centre, which we knew.

One of the best hotels I have been in

Truly dog friendly. They gave us even a dog bed and a bowl. Really friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Upon check-in we received complimentary things both for us (cupcakes and water) and for our dog (dog treats, a plush toy and some vitamins). During our stay the hotel was full, but in the room it was very quiet which is the first time this happens to me.

Maybe parking could be improved. Other that that everything was perfect. The prices of rooms are high, but I think it is worth it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant and the lobby bar also and enjoyed it. The spa was clean but it needs little maintenance- the steam room wasn’t working.
