Rooms are big, close to transport into the old town, supermarket nearby, friendly helpful staff

Staff were very helpful, the room was huge, bus stop to the old town close to the hotel, a supermarket was 5 minutes walk away

We stayed in the studio with a kitchen but the kitchen had no provision of plates cutlery or crockery

Good place if you need to crash, but nothing special

It’s good value for the money, but nothing extra. Room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. Essentials were good.

The room needs renovation. There were stains on the walls and carpet, cigarette burn in the curtain, stains in the bathtub. The sink wasn’t cleaned well and there was a weird odor in the room.

Great comfy beds, close to supermarket and public transport

The place is somewhat outdated and everything is very big and stark but that's probably because of the era of the building. Our studio room was huge however the kitchen could have done with some plates and cutlery as nothing was provided. We asked for a kettle which the very friendly lady at reception provided us with when we asked her. The bus to the old town and Pakana stop right outside the hotel but make sure you alert the bus driver that you want to get off as he ignored our stop signal when we pushed the button. There is also a supermarket close by

BIG clean rooms ... but missing the details that would make it a good hotel.

HUGE (for the price), clean room, with an antechamber, big closet, sitting area with a nice couch, big desk. Solid, thick-walled masonry building, i.e. very quiet inside. Bed was big and comfortable. Friendly staff who tried hard to fix the problems. Parking lot in back with lots of space.

So many details that are essential to a hotel were just off. The hallway lights didn't work, so there was only a dim glow from what appeared to be emergency lights in the hallway. The room safe didn't work, despite my best efforts and those of the energetic and enthusiastic staff. There was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, with no extra. The tub had very high walls, a slippery-when-wet inside, no grab bars, and a spray shield that interfered with getting in and out. I belive that some older person is likely to break a hip trying to use that tub. Stairs, or a step ladder, and grab bars, really should be provided for that tub. Breakfast was mediocre. No fruit, one type of eggs (fried, BTW), one type of cereal (oat mix), some sausages. Certainly NOT bad ... but it was much more plain than any other I had in Bulgaria. There's a bar in the hotel ... but it was closed. The restaurant was closed, except for breakfast. The location is far from tourist sites or even daily amenities. About 15 minute walk to the closest restaurant. 10 minute walk to bus stops to get to the tourist area. 15 lev or so taxi ride to tourist area.

Very old- dated interior. It needs to have some renovations and upgrades done so it is more modern and it could attract more customers. The Air conditioning system is very old and therefore not that powerful and plus that it is very noisy while working. The breakfast choices were very limited.

I'm unlikely to go back

The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The room was big enough to comfortably fit a family of 8. The bed was decently comfortable.

The view was very unpleasant - across the street there is some kind of garbage collection unit or something similar with a huge area covered in trash and debris. The hotel is on a relatively big street so forget sleeping with your window open - cars and motorcycles will keep you up all night. The bathtub had moldy spots in the corners, and the showerhead was cracked so whenever you shower there's a stream of water jetting out on the side and onto the bathroom floor. And also there was some weird smell in the room, similar to seafood starting to go bad. I couldn't determine whether it came from the AC unit or somewhere else, but it was unpleasant.

Breakfast was very poor and inadequate little replacement of items as they were used up Only one employee working the restaurant and I have to say with no personality shuffling around in slipper like footwear extremely miserable and certainly not the right person in this customer based job The Electric toaster was part broken and taped off using sticky tape the size of bread slices were smaller than the pop up which makes it impossible to easily lift toast from toaster A pair of metal tongs was placed for use in lifting toast making this very dangerous and life threatening A new toaster is a small price to pay against a lawsuit

It did not meet our expectations

The receptionists were really kind and helpful so they are really something that has to be mentioned as positive descriptoin for the hotel. Probably the parking space.

The apartment was huge but there was nothing in the kitchen corner - not even a fork or a spoon. We had to ask for a water jug on the reception because we had no other option to boiled water for tea. :) It was not clean at all for a 4 stars hotel - there were some packaging residues under the armchairs in the living rooms as well as in the corridor. The air in the apartment was not fresh. The breakfast was humble and with a poor quality. There were only fried and scrambled eggs and some sausages which is not bad the quality was of food and the sausages in particular was pretty bad. No juices except for a powder juices. No good coffee. There was some corflakes which looked like its validity term was expired. I'm sharing this information based on the fact that the hotel is rated 4 satrs which does not correspond to the reality.

The room was smelling unpleasant and I changed the room., the drain in the Bathroom was very difficult to make free. The breakfast was only one basic sandwich. The building where was the hotel was old.
