Spacious suite

The suite was nice and spacious. The pool was clean and did the job. Parking in front of the hotel is easy and a mall is nearby.

Staff was not very welcoming or proactive. We had to ask for toilet paper time after time. Restaurant was closed for dinner.

Superb

Good location close to the main roads if you are only travelling through like I was. Nice, clean, renovated room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed too. And if you end up on 16th floor like I did, you will also benefit from the view far to the horizon.

it was nice and clean room. comfortable bed.

The radiator has gone cold at 7pm in the evening, in the midst of winter. They programmed the air conditioner that would stop every 5 minutes. asked for a help and the young guy said it cannot be fixed and they turn the heating off always very early. I asked how can this happen when it’s 2 degrees outside, he shrugged. totally unreasonable. ah no sound proof by the way.

The room was comfortable, but the location was the worst of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

The room was nice. It was clean and comfortable with a decent view. The beds were soft and comfortable.

The location was awful. It was an hour walk to the old town and in an obscure location. The long walk and consistent difficulty finding the hotel meant that more time was spent looking for it, walking back, or walking to the old town. The location significantly reduced my enjoyment of the trip and cost me a lot of money because I had to take a cab back several times after my phone went out and I could not find the hotel.

Exceptional

The rooms were huge, lots of space, recently renovated. The bathroom was also quite spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back to this hotel.

The facilities at the pool could be better. More umbrellas and nicer sunbeds. A better offer of drinks/snacks at the bar. Nevertheless, this only concerns the pool; the hotel was lovely!

it’s a huge amazing room in a new part of the hotel with the view to swimming pool. was very clean.

I don’t like the staff on the desk. They didn’t offer the breakfast and on the next day in the morning they said that it’s impossible to order it now.
