So bad we didn't even unpack. Terrible in every way

When we entered the hotel, it was like being transported back to the 1970's and not in a good way. Checked in by a surly woman, "floor 2" were her only words to us once checked in. Nice! Anyway, we got to the room and it was so hot it was unbearable. We opened a window then tried to get the air-conditioning to work. We checked that the room had air conditioning before we booked. The unit wasn't working so I popped down stairs to chat to surly about it. She said there is no air-conditioning and fiddled with some buttons, whilst her cohort said to her sarcastically in Bulgarian, "open the window" I said the window was open but there was no air at all, it was completely stifling. Then I had a look at the spare pillow, it was stained yellow so I checked the pillows on the bed which were also stained. No mattres protection and there was thick dust ever where. Nasty wall lights and and over all feeling of death and decay. We didn't stay although we had booked 3 nights. We didn't unpack, just booked another hotel and left. The good reviews must be by friends and family as there's no way on God's green earth that any one would find this place acceptable.

the staff was friendly. the place is owned by turkish family. there is a elevator. could not get a spare towel set. it was quiet in the room. friendly hospitality,

there is minimal parking space or none. the A/C does NOT work and the heater does not work. or they master control the switch so it may not work. had to ask multiple times for a check out invoice. very far walking distance to the center. very difficult to get clean towels. none was in stock during the evening--

Had some hygiene issues and noise problems. Heating wasn't working well enough.

They had young football team staying in the hotel and apologized for any disturbance might happen. Unfortunately it ended up with adults shouting as loud as they can with nobody interfered. The staff working at evening was rude.

we book two rooms triple and double. rooms were big and conformable breakfast was good.unfortunately we could not use the spa because of covid restrictions. reception was helpful. people were friendly.
