A very comfortable stay in an exceptionally clean property, with just a small limitation due to the lack of a washing ma

Everything was very, very, very clean. The space was spotless on arrival and clearly well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and stress free. The property felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for throughout.

The only downside was that there was no washing machine, which would have been helpful, especially for a longer stay.

great location, lovey decor. let down by housekeeping and thin walls

Loved the decor

certain staff members in particular housekeeping team did keep room clean. We had to ask on the 4th out of our 5 day stay to have the room cleaned. Most members of the reception team were lovely, however a few almost made it apparent you were asking for the moon ( when really it was the bare minimum one expects in a decent hotel)

Nice hotel, but not this time

Clean good room

At the reception on the day of check-in, the female administrator was rude when I asked questions about parking. There were empty shampoos in the room (instead of new ones). It was all very strange, as this was not the first time we had stayed at this hotel and last time everything was fine.

The room was clean and well furnished. The bed was super comfy. Staff were polite and friendly.

It was unpleasant to understand at the arrival that the parking is not free but at 10 euro per night.

Very comfortable accommodation, great location. The beds were super comfortable. Every day cleaning. Everything was great. Two big supermarkets nearby. Plovdiv Mall în a 5 minutes. Two big restaurants right in the building. Thera are some children playground nearby and the park where is the railway for children.

Only two coffee capsules, and you can not buy it in the supermarket, there are not such type of coffee capsules.

Enjoyable but with a few little kitchen items it would have been perfect

It was spacious, new, clean and we could easily walk to the rowing canal. The staff were also extremely helpful especially the receptionists.

Definitely not enough utensils for an apartment. No cleaning wipes, tea towels, cutting board, not enough bowls, cups, plates or toaster. It was very difficult to cook or prepare a sandwich.

Great hotel

The room was very cozy and clean, with a great design and all the basic (and not-so-basic) amenities. It was a pleasure to spend time there. The bed was comfortable, too.

This is not really a complaint, just a note: The only "downside" to our room was that hot water came from a boiler. I like taking long showers and you can't do that when your hot water is limited and you have to save it up, so your partner can also use the shower immediately after you.
