Good for a Short Stay, but Lacking in Comfort and Facilities

The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable. There's free parking right in front of the hotel, which is really convenient. The location is good, with Mall Plovdiv just next door, making it easy to shop or grab a bite. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies available throughout the day in the dining room – it’s a nice touch.

The hotel is quite small, with only one floor of rooms, and there aren’t any recreational facilities like a fitness centre, pool, or spa, so it feels a bit more like a motel in that sense. The amenities were fairly basic – there was only one type of pillow, small, thin towels, and low-quality slippers. There’s also no closet to unpack your clothes, and the door doesn’t lock from the inside for added privacy. The room itself isn’t spacious enough to comfortably open a large suitcase, and the bathroom felt cramped as well. Additionally, there’s no in-room safe; instead, you have to use a safety deposit box in the lobby, which isn’t staffed 24/7. While everything went fine with my use of the box, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it might be a bit risky, especially overnight.

Friendly & modern hotel when visiting Plovdiv

The hotel is very clean, looks brand new and the front desk service is so friendly! Safe garage parking and breakfast buffet was included in our rate. That was important for us, as parking in the old town of Plovdiv is sparse and expense. The hotel even had free coffee available throughout our stay. I was able to use the business center and print out copies free of charge. There is a 24hr supermarket right next to the hotel.

Everything was great. One thing to keep in mind is that the historic old town is about a 10min taxi ride away.

Great Value in an ultra modern hotel!

This is a super modern hotel, my children admired the technology, we enjoyed the amazing shower room. There is rserved FREE parking outside the hotel. You can enjoy capuccino or hot chocolate whenever you wish. The location is not close to the beautiful old town of Plovdviv, but the drive there takes only 10 minutes, and parking is relatively cheap Great value!

Exceptional, I would not pick another hotel in Plovdiv.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations, especially for the price and the location. We stayed for the duration of a local music festival, and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. Everything from the staff, facilities, comfort as well as the value was exceptional. There are many available parking spaces (an underground parking is also available for vehicles without LPG) in case you are arriving by a car. The nearest public transport bus stop is a 2-3 minute walk away from the hotel, and from there you can reach the city center in about 20-30 minutes. There is also a shopping mall located nearby (next to the bus stop), along with several 24/7 open supermarkets that are very well stocked. Special thank you to the receptionist, who allowed us to use the underground parking for our car in the hot summer weather.

New hotel clean and super comfortable, I recommend this hotel for couples it’s so quiet and every thing is works smart you can open the lights and windows and everything by remote control, the mall is very near like 3 minutes walking , parking is available and safe, the staff well educated and professional and friendly

Great hotel for a couple of nights with my daughter.

Modern and very plush hotel with extremely nice room with great lighting effects. Walk in shower easily large enough for two, so great for couples. Big double bed was very comfy. Stayed with my daughter, who loved the nice touches like the bathroom glass changing from see through to opaque, when you closed the door. Convenient for the Plovdiv Mall and the rowing channel, as well as a few nice restaurants. Hotel kept extremely clean with friendly staff.

The TV was a bit limited for channels and had no available hdmi to use own movie player.

It was very clean, modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A little far away from the Old Town but we wanted to be close to the rowing facility so it served our purpose perfectly.

Very good value hotel with pleasant and helpful staff

Everything was clean and modern. We liked the light and curtain switches next to bed, the automatic night light in the toilet and the wireless charger for phones. Pillows were very comfortable. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the chocolates and water in the fridge every day. The slippers were a lovely idea as well.

We loved the coffee machine and tea selection in The Meet but would have preferred to have the option of relaxing in our room with a hot drink, so maybe a kettle or coffee maker in the rooms would be nice.

Excellent place to stay in Plovdiv

Everything was absolutely amazing. I cannot complain even about one thing. The hotel is built to perfection with a lot of automated service and everything being controlled remotely with a button or control. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Price was perfect for the quality we received. Would stay there every time I visit Plovdiv if possible.
