The size of the room given and the kindness of the staff.

There was a party in the restaurant below so until midnight the music was loud. In addition, there was not black out curtains or blinds so no chance to sleep in the morning unless you don’t have an eye mask.

Pleasant stay, good food, good price and a taste of luxury.

Big rooms and clean with all the accessories. Breakfast was complete and full. The restaurant was great with open area and pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel its outside the city and you need a car or taxi for transportation for downtown. Also at the area of the hotel there is nothing to do. A big area of only the hotel and the apartments. But its a good location for travelers like us passing by to rest and sleep for the night. We would like a more close and secure parking, rather an open one beside the hotel.

Passing by Plovdiv

We stayed one night at this hotel as we were driving through. We were very please with the late checkin and parking right in front of the hotel with plenty of space. The Hotel is well organised and the crew very nice and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. We recommend this place for a short stay.

A decent stay at a very reasonable price and quite faraway from the city centre.

The room was good, spacy enough and well equipped. The same applies to the bathroom. There was a small terrace. The hotel's restaurant is good, the food is tasty, the staff is a bit unexperienced.

The bathroom had a faint smell of drainage, I have stayed at another room in the same building and it had the same problem. The balcony is practically useless, as it has no garden chairs and a table. I recommend such are provided. The TV is voice-command operated. It is supposed to be done in English, but in fact it did not work, and of course guests should not be expected to speak oral English. The TV is almost useless in the standard meaning of "usage", it is an annoying struggle with the remote control to do even the simplest thing. The pillows are too high and too hard. The breakfast was absolutely basic. The hotel is specialized in providing festivity halls for parties and celebrations, these are very frequent, so it could be noisy and the parking spaces - occupied.

Attitude of the staff. They hardly smile. You get no help from anyone to move your luggage or get things in room. You need to go yourself to the reception if you need anything. WiFi is very poor quality. Breakfast has very less option of food

Great stay in Plovdiv

Very clean, large and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed our stay there with our 3 children. Breakfast included in the price. Free parking.

Baby cot is available, but you have to pay 5€. A little far from the city center.

Arrogant service and terrible place to stay

I definitely do NOT recommend! The service is under all criticism, and the manager of the restaurant is an arrogant and ill-mannered profiteer. I called three times to complain that the wedding organized in the hotel restaurant, the DJ's bass and microphone sounding the whole building were bothering us. We were with a small child, naturally announced in advance when making the reservation. In the neighboring building (which is also the Plaza Hotel) in the garden they had organized an outdoor birthday party, again organized by the hotel - full program - loud music, bass and DJ. No one warned us about the events in advance, otherwise we wouldn't have booked this "hotel" which has bass until 3am and is more of a disco than a place to stay. The view from the terrace is a huge construction yet to come.

Not conducive to an enjoyable time in Plovdiv

Rooms were pretty comfy and staff relatively helpful.

The location : do not stay here if you have any intention of actually enjoying your time in Plovdiv. The town surpassed all expectations but this accomodation is not at all conducive to seeing this. I also got a very weird feeling walking to this accomodation, even during the day. A weird area with NOTHING around it. The property is also split into two buildings and the second has no security bar the lock to obviously get into your room. Staying here as a girl left me feeling uneasy and the group of us ended up moving accomodation mid way through our stay.

Value for money.

It is a very good location if you come by car. There are large parking areas, and I had no parking problems. The room is clean and spacious. It's value for money. Plenty of beverage was in the fridge, which is good because nothing was around the hotel.

The elevator was broken, and someone was locked in. Since we saw that situation, we didn't use the elevator (scary. as we are with our child). The location is far away from downtown, so if you don't have a car, it is probably not convenient
