Great hotel, magnificent scenery

Great location in the beautiful outskirts of Plovdiv only 15 min from the city centre. The food was excellent and all the people from the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cosy.

The “No smoking in the hotel” policy should be tougher as many of the guests do not take it seriously. As the Climate control ventilation system is shared between the rooms we keep getting bad odour of cigarette smell being infiltrated during the night on several occasions.

Very nice 2 nights stay at Landing creek Plovdiv

Landcreek Plodviv is a great hotel, the room was nice decorated and had a wonderfull view to the Rowing canal. Parking is free and abundent. Breakfast was very diverse.

The hotel is far from the city center, in a new building area, not so well connected by public transportation

The room is very good and big

I payed for a room with creek view, but because of the trees, the room doesnt has any view. I am not telling that you should cut the trees, but you definitely should not sell a room with a view when there is no view.

Unfortunately there was a wedding in the grounds/restaurant seating was occupied by guests( we felt like an underdressed guest) as we were seated within the party. Due to the wedding service, there was only one visible staff member who worked amazingly, however general service was not to the usual standard.We ended up staying in our room all afternoon.

Wonderful stay

I was passing by and needed to stay one night, without knowing how wonderful this hotel was. Spacious room, super clean and well designed, surely exceeded my expectations, I wished I could have stayed more! Breakfast was amazing with an outdoor seating with a huge selection. I'd definietly come and stay again just for the experience.

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with complete facilities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the wide variety of food options at breakfast—there was something for everyone!

The room was not soundproof—you could hear the neighbors talking and laughing. Unfortunately, during our stay, the guests next door were loud all night, which kept us awake. We reported the issue to the receptionist.
