Great stay!

Great hotel, the buffet was really tasty and it fit perfectly our needs, staff were always positive and very helpful, especially the lady at reception. The location or the hotel is very close to the ski slopes as well. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to stay in the hotel again!

The ‘game room’ might need a little bit of upgrades at some point but overall we had a really nice time.

Nice place to stay

The room is much larger than I expected, very nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Great view and quietness.

The breakfast was very good but if you go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner, the food is not very good. Many of the things are frozen foods just baked or fried in the kitchen.

Visited during heat wave. The room was cool at night. Breakfast selection was amazing. Staff were very friendly. Room/apartment size was great and spacious.

The mattresses' are in need of replacement. Caved in and uncomfortable.

The small lift had the wrong floors assigned to the digital read out and the spa didn't open until midday each day so I could not use it.

Very nice hotel staff. The rooms were warm. Close to a ski slope with ski locker room. The food was very nice as well.

Bed mattresses were old and uncomfortable. And even if they offer a couch bed, it is not really suitable for a healthy sleep. And the hot water boiler was dripping so the bathroom floor was always wet.

Very clean, nice comfortable room and helpful friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely go back.

One thing I would have liked is for breakfast to be earlier than 8. My daughter had skiing lessons at 9 and with a good 15 minute uphill walk to the slopes we felt we had to rush breakfast so we could get ready and walk to the lesson.

I didn’t liked the bed 🛌 was old and uncomfortable 😣 and the tv 📺 was in the corner of the room so I couldn’t watched it from the bed

Overall nice we will be returning

the breakfast was excellent very fresh pastry, veggies and fruits and a wide variety of choice which changes daily it was super tasty!! The only downside is that it opens at 8am which if you want to get skiing early is tricky, it would be great if they would open breakfast at 7.30am!! the spa facilities were also great after a day of skiing provided towels, robe etc however this came at an extra cost which I don’t recall seeing when booking but it was reasonably priced so we didn’t mind.

the pillows in the room were not great. we also got a 2 bedroom apartment however in reality it was just 2 rooms there was so kitchen, no cutlery and also one of the rooms had 2 single beds which wasn’t great for a couple.

Everything was perfect, our room was spacious clean and cozy with an amazing view, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that I didn't like is that you have to pay extra for the SPA zone
