The breakfast was good
The room was clean and spacious
Didn't meet our expectations for 4 star hotel.
The spa was very small and no towels and not properly maintained.

The room was beautiful , comfortable and very clean. The SPA area was clean and not crowded.
The restaurant is not the best place to eat, the coffee was bad. But there are plenty of good places to eat in town near the hotel.

Limited pool option, water was not thermal, just warmish. Mattress is on the hard side

Clean room, central location, swimming pool. Some of the staff friendly and helpful.
For visitors not speaking Bulgarian: We need easy accessible info about hikes, attractions, places of interest, public transport.
Breakfast understocked and understaffed.
