All other SPA hotels were not available for our dates, this we booked Devin SPA.

Working time for SPA and gym is 9:00-20:00. If you have plan to swim or visit the gym before breakfast- need to negotiate with staff. Breakfast is limited in choices of healthy food options. Plenty of pastries and cookies, but for ex dark bread is rear to find.

The location was easy to find and the woman on the reception was trying to be helpful, even though the service was not okay. The room was fine.

We wanted to book horse riding and massages - the massages offers had nothing to do with their menus, the horse riding was nice, but she gave us a phone number and said, figure it out and book it yourselves which does not feel as a service provided by the hotel at all. I do not understand how can numerous reviews say that it is clean - it wasn’t. The room was okay, however the bathroom was old, smelly and water was leaking on the floor leaving a constant puddle. The whole spa zone was nasty - 2 pools - dirty, outside pool - small and out of order, the sauna - 45 degrees (if you call that a sauna). The worst part of all was definitely the restaurant. The people were rude - in the morning if you come after 9 am , you’ll have very limited options, and the whole place is a health hazard. First day - we were starving and wanted lunch, sat at that restaurant, the food was tasteless, but we were hungry, my main dish arrives with a huge hair on it, my boyfriend tells the waiter, she took the plate without saying a word - not even a We are sorry. At breakfast the next day - in the jam we found blue pieces of plastic, good thing we were Ot with a kid.

The hotel management has been so rude and unfriendly.We canceled our stay on the third day.The hotel has a new pet’s requirements.Spa ,pools and restaurants has been banned for pets a year ago.We’ve been regular customers since 2019.When we checked in nobody told us about that.I think that’s the hotel staff responsibility to inform us.By the way we called maintenance because we had a issue with bathtub drain and phone after checked in.No maintenance or hotel staff showed up to fixed that.Spa and pool area wasn’t heated.

the room are very nice, we got a good view, the restaurant was fine and very nice staff.

the spa lady was horrible and the hotel wouldn’t give me my money back. I booked a full body massage with a scrub, ended up with a weird lady caressing my skin. the hotel staff started fighting with us for real. this was overpriced and they didn’t compensate us for anything, not even offering a lower price for what we paid. will never come back to a place that doesn’t care about their customers

This is not a 4-star hotel, very disappointing.

The staff at the reception is very friendly, check-in only took minutes. The room is renovated.

Though renovated, the room was not vacuumed well, you can see obvious dirt on the carpet. We had to ask for kids bathrobe and slippers, as we were not given any of those. Bathroom urgently needs renovation. Massages are not being offered at the spa center - so in other words there is no spa center. There are no towels provided by the pool. The ones in the room are too small. The pool outside is cold. There is not enough room to accommodate all guests. Breakfast consists of the cheapest products you can get - one choice of cheese, meet, feta, tea choice is limited to 2 options with herbs, no black or green tea, juice is out of machine - in other words fake, coffee is also of a very low quality. Even though we stayed for 1 night - it was more than enough with the dirty facilities and no spa procedures available. I wish they would say that there are no massages or pilling procedures on their web-site, as they know there are none, we went to a spa center of Persenk hotel and were told that Devin Spa is without a masseur for 1.5 years already.

Very disappointing

Great location and lovely design of the room.

Bathroom was pretty bad - water goes everywhere and the shower was very old with little pressure. Disappointing and also inconvenient, there is no place to put your stuff. Secondly, the wifi was non-existent, and I don’t mean this metaphorically; there was literally no wifi. There is a network, but it only works in the lobby; once you go up to your room, it disappears completely. I had to sit in the lobby to make a call, but it was full of screaming children, who then also were playing and screaming in the corridor next to out room. Staff was not very helpful or kind, apart from the kitchen/breakfast lady who was the only nice person in the whole place. We could not wait to leave the hotel, so yeah - not recommended! Especially for this price - we stayed in so many nicer hotels for less, I am still confused as to how this hotel can claim their stars…
