Good, but not as expexted

The rooms are really spacious, clean and newly furnished. Beds are comfortable and the view is really nice. Hosts made space in their garage for our car. The breakfast has a large variety . Generally, the negative impression relates to the rest of the guesthouse, not to the rooms.

Everything felt very abandoned. Outer and common area look neglegted and chaotic, random stuff laying around everywhere. Reception was empty for 4 days, hosts vanished after handing us the key. Sauna is located in an uninviting basement room that is also the passage to the garage. No privacy at all. Community kitchen was very greasy and dirty. Tables were not cleaned after breakfast for several days, dirty plates piled up and breakfast items were outside the fridge for days, simply covered with paper tissues. Very unhygenic, esp. for milk products. The advertized restaurant was closed, swimming pool & whirlpool were also empty.

We expected similar experience to the one we had lst year. Unfortunately the new management of this place has ruined the

We were there last year and the house is beautifully furnished, this is still like that, but this time we didn’t like it.

The place had amazing homey vibe last year. Now all that is gone! The place is not welcoming at all and this is completely because of the staff! They are treating you like if you owe im something because you have decided to go and spend you time there. The breakfast was a disaster, some tomatoes and cucumbers and some cheese and jam, even the simple eggs were done wrongly because they were prepared with jam again. The “spa” is not working properly it was cold instead of being hot. We spent 25 minutes in the sauna and you can’t feel nothing! Lastly I want to mention that in the evening the place were they are serving breakfast and dinner became a venue for the host’s party were the music was like in a disco until 00:00, when I went there to ask if the house is going to be a disco instead of a place where you can rest.

Everything. Perfect studio room with fully equipped kitchen and lots of extras. Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi... And Garage.. :) Absolute 10 of 10!

Desayuno genial, amabilidad y buenas vistas

La localización es en una de las laderas de Chepelare, hay cuestas pero se llega sin problema en coche. Ay un jardín y las vistas son muy buenas, hay gatitos pequeños además ;). El dueño del hueste house es muy simpático, el desayuno es casero y con gran variedad, realmente bueno!
