Great hotel, room clean snd comfortable, pool was indoors and warm 29 C, private parking, close to the centre and our dog was welcome.

The pool was nice. The bathroom was clean. The guy at the reception gave us a backgammon game which we really enjoyed.
We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids). They accommodated us on 2 different floors. Never happened to us before. They didn’t even bother to apologise they had no rooms nearby when we asked if a change was possible the lady at the reception was rude. The experience does not correspond to a 5 star hotel at all. The furniture in the rooms is old and looks filthy which totally spoils the room comfort. The food in the restaurant not only lacked variety but was also far from delicious. The receptionist lady has hardly any soft skills and her attitude was not welcoming at all. There was no mini-soccer or billiards. The kids play area looked nice but was placed in the spa centre’s hallway which was cold and with high moisture hence not suitable to leave your kids there. The swimming pool was unattended by a lifeguard. There was some guy sitting in the hallway in front of the pool but I am not sure how he was supposed to watch the pool behind the doors if he was the lifeguard. The overall impression is that the hotel has nice facilities and great potential but needs renovation and better management.
