Excellent - great faculties and friendly staff

Lovely sized rooms, ski transfer was brilliant - lovely to have pool, spa and gym available. Buffet breakfast and restaurant were great, lovely food and good value. Staff very friendly and helpful

very pleasant hotel for families stay

pool, sauna, two of the beds were excellent. the other one was average. the lobby is quiet and pleasant to sit around the fire.

Very bad

The location was good. It is only a 7-minute drive to the main ski center.

I definitely do not recommend staying here. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and none of our questions were answered properly. Breakfast service was poor and the selection was very limited. One night the heating did not work, and despite being told it would be fixed, we had to sleep in the cold. The rooms were not cleaned and our towels were not changed on the second day. Although the kitchen had several appliances, there were no power sockets in the kitchen itself. We were extremely dissatisfied this was by far the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in and it is not good value for money.

Average budget stay at Pamporovo

The staff was friendly and helpful. The studio was big and the kitchen was well equiped. The location is nice and we had a great sleep due to the nice air.

The hotel needs a general reconstruction for the most part. The breakfast was average at best. Only the pool worked from the SPA zone. There is no fitness. It was cold at most places in the hotel.

Better than expected, even out of season

The suite was large, spotless and comfortable. Reception staff was very kind and helpful with all our needs. Fast internet connection in the room, good breakfast, overall great value for money. The pool is nice and open all day, even out of season.

While the restaurant also offers a la carte service, it's not working most of the time, and even when they're working, they are not very welcoming. For B&B or HB customers, it's okay. Fortunately, there are plenty of good places nearby where you can try the lovely local cuisine.

Clean larve rooms, not enough parking and breakfast space

Large clean rooms, breakfast variety and quality is decent

Not enough parking spaces, all parking was taken even if the hotel was visibly maybe one third occupied. Same for breakfast - the breakfast hall is too small and hard to navigate even when the hotel was almost empty. Breakfast starts at 9 am, which is too late. I would prefer breakfast starting at 6:30 am or 7 am.

Delicious food and friendly service.

The place was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the spa center which has swimming pool.

The room has all the important facilities but personally I was missing in the kitchen the water heater and more plates, forks and etc. Probably because the season was weak small details such as missing toilet paper in the ground floor’s WC and not-working jacuzzi were on the place.

Pleasant stay with children near the slopes

That is the second time we come to this hotel for a short winter vacation and we even extended our stay with a day. It is very close to one of the ski lifts, lots of parking places infront the building. The hotel rooms and restaurant was super warm (we were walking barefeet and had to switch off the radiators) and so was the swimming pool. The water was perfect for our 5 months old baby. The staff was friendly and helpful; our apartment was very clean. We had half board - the food was not massively varied, every evening there were 4-5 dishes and salad bar to choose from and they were all very tasty and fresh. A good small selection of fruits and desserts.

The area in the SPA and around the swimming pool was constantly wet and the staff was strugging to keep the floors dry. A few people slipped.

Good

I did like the location, not far from the ski spots (5 minutes by car). The hotel has free parking square across the road. The room was big enough, two rooms are separated. Clean and warm room.

No teapot in the room, just a coffee capsule machine with two coffee-bags for the whole staying. The pool is strange: underwater light doesn't work as like as hydromassage and the air ventilation is not in it's best. Breakfast is ok but coffee is horrible - seems it's the cheapest coffee at all. There is no native dishes available despite they are in the menu - no potatnik or pumpkin pie, no bannitza. There are no any nature view from the restaurant, that is sad.

Unfriendly staff, misleading photos, substandard property

We did not like communication with the staff, very unfriendly and at times demanding. Especially the cleaners staff. Had to chase them to do their job. Linnen was changed only once for entire stay. Garbage taken twice. Had to place garbage outside in order for staff to collect, otherwise no proactiveness from their side. Claiming they had "too many rooms" for just two of them, very nice indeed. They had some sort of "excuse" for not doing their job. Front Desk demanded right from rhe get go, that the entire bill was settled. So, I had to pay upfront. If it was not for that we would have left right away. For period Dec-20 to Dec-24, including, the boiler was been kept at min, as observed. It was so cold that we had to request 2 heaters, for bedrooms. Our little girl is only 4 yold. She started coughing from second day onward. She is still coughing, and we are now at her GP doctor. There wasn't any open pharmacy on the entire Pamporovo complex so we couldn't buy any meds whatsoever. Shower also cold water until noon, from Dec-20 to Dec-24 including, probably some form of economy. Room was dirty, my wife requested a mop and she kept mopping every day. Old stained, holed furniture. Sofa was disgusting and we had to place towels to sit. Everywhere dust. Pillows and blankets were very old stained and colored. Property provided new upon our request. Wife found bugs in the bedsheets in both bedrooms. Despite it is mentioned sufficient kitchen appliances available, there was no oven, and at its place there was microwave. Other rooms observed with oven. There wasn't any phone, this facility did not provide intercom phone, nor any other address system. We were unable to reach front desk and had to go on foot every time we needed something or for info if required. For reference, our apartment was at the far back of the building. Food variety was scarce at breakfast. Had dinner the first night at resort restaurant, did not second.

Manager of the hotel - Excellent person. Reception excellent staff. Restaurant people excellent staff. All food very tasty. Clean hotel. Nice location. Kind personnel. Person responsible for central wood heating excellent man. The best man that work there is also the ski rental officer. Great man !!!

Quiet place, the room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped.

Pool was very cold, smelled bad in the corridors, the food was rather scarce, the TV was very old, no hair dryer in the bath but was provided on request by the reception.
