Limited parking options, very bad infrastructure in the area. The water in the pools was too cold, and it’s mid August. No refrigerator in the room, also no soap and shampoo.

The best quality and value for spa vacation

Very poor value for money

Most of the facilities were not working. The sauna was off and the pool was really dirty you couldn’t get in. The only bit that was ok was the hot tub within the pool but the buttons are on the other side of the pool so you have to get out and turn it on and then repeat the process every five minutes that the jets stop. Also one of the external doors of the patio in our apartment was broken so it would very easy for anyone to come in at night cause it was ground floor. In the morning we had to wait for the owner for more than 30 minutes in order to make us breakfast.

Very disappointing, not worth the money

Great view, located on top of a hill.

The rooms very poorly furnished- lack of important facilities features- such as nets against mosquitoes on the windows, no separate zone for shower- as a consequence the whole bathroom remains under water. No wastage bin in the room. The breakfast was included in the price- it was however only local food available and no standard breakfast menu offered. Coffee had very bad taste. The outside pool had a lot of dirty green layers… questionable for bathing. No good value for the really expensive price which we had to pay. I will not recommend this place.

The gem of the area

Spectacular place. Set up, views, food, accommodations you name- just perfect. But the host is the gem of this place. Warm mineral water infinity pool, rooms are Sparkling. We will be back for sure while visiting the country

The SPA was nice and the view was beautiful.

The rooms are very poorly equipped. It is not cosy at all. The beds were terrible and there wasn’t even a cup to make a coffee. Drinks were super expensive at the bar downstairs. The included breakfast was quite small and coffee was not included.

I will not book again, and I will not recommend!

The "apartment" that we booked was in fact a large room. There were no bedside lights and no hangers for the towels in the bathroom. Bathroom was not clean! There was no key for the room - we had to leave it unlocked with our stuff inside and had to argue for half an hour to be given a key. The restaurant was plain dirty - breadcrumbs and food stains on the table cloths, and cold. Food quality was poor. Pool and pool area were not clean at all - green growth of algae in the corners of the pool, hairs floating in the water etc. The sauna and steam bath were not working! When we asked why , the staff answered that it is not wort their while to turn them on! Considering that the pool and spa facilities were the reason why we booked this place, it was a total waste of time and money.

There is an ugly cable metal post in front of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very small. The road leading to the property is in a very bad condition. Limited breakfast- no fruits or vegetables offered.

Me and all my friends really enjoyed our stay at the graffit house. It was very clean and cozy, everything is brand new and extremely clean. The host was cery nice and helped us with everything we needed. 100%would come back again.

Закуската - питателна и засищаща. Шведска маса. Хляб, пържени филии, мекици, конфитюри, шунка, луканка, салам, сирене, кашкавал, яйца, айрян, сок, мляко, кафе, чай. Стаите - чисти, широки и удобни. Телевизор LCD с различни програми, Wi-Fi, хладилник, климатик, просторна, не огромна тераса с маса и столове, широка баня, гореща и студена вода по всяко време. Широк и удобен паркинг в двора на хотела. Два големи поддържани басейна с джакузи - външен и вътрешен.

Нямаше чаши и тоалетни принадлежности, но приветливата, отзивчива и усмихната домакиня веднага откликва на всички искания.
