Термопомпата не работеше, водата в басейна беше студена. На рецепция момичето ни посрещна с думите “ В стаята не е много студено”, става въпрос за средата на януари месец. Разтегателният диван беше счупен и спането там бе невъзможно, въпреки че стаята ни бе предоставена за пет човека (възрастни). Първата вечер ни казаха да не използваме паркинга и колите трябваше да останат на улицата, на вторият ден като попитахме за паркинг ни зададоха въпроса “ ама защо не сте си паркирали колите вътре?” В цената за престоя пише, че има включена закуска, но никой не ни каза, че закуската е в рандъм стая, а не в общата стая/ кухня.
