A pleasent, slow-paced, escape

The villa: Villa Sunrise is clean and modern. It consists of 3 separate rooms and a shared kitchen. My room had a big comfy bed and a two-person jacuzzi bath IN THE ROOM. There is a separate bathroom. The shared kitchen has it all - oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot plates... There is a big table and a door to a balcony with a view of the reservoir. The WiFi is strong enough, there is a little garden with a table and a swing bed. The reservoir itself is 50 meters away! There is an awesome little restourant next to the villa. I recommend it. Dospat is 800m away! There you can find restaurants, shops that work untill 20:00, an ATM and the reservoir's wall! Host: I didn't meet the host as everything was taken care of beforehand. We talked on the phone, however, and she was extremelly kind and helpfull :) Location: It's up in the Rhodopa mountains! The air is cool and fresh and you may need a jacket during the summer evenings. I got there for 3 hours starting from Sofia. The asphalt is of good quality, strangely enough, but you cannot drive fast as it's all curves. There are numerous springs of drinkable water along the road. Things to do: I mentioned a small restaurant near the villa. There you can find leaflets and business cards of various activities. I would suggest you rent a canoe/jetski and explore the reservoir or hop on a tourist boat. I also visited a village nearby - Gasak. There's a watterfall nearby and you can get to it by foot ot by renting a jeep and experiencing some offroad action as I did.

The neighbours have 2 dogs that woke me up one morning. It was 10:00 so it's nothing serious :) Other than that my stay was superb!

Много добро местоположение,красивата панорамна гледка от хола.Битовия стил на хола с голямата камина която може да се ползва като барбекю.Добре поддържания самостоятелен двор.

В спалнята на единия от прозорците щората е счупена и не може да се вдигне и един от прозорците трудно се затваря!

Гледката е уникална! Свеж въздух, страхотно разположение на къщите. Беше чисто, бяхме трима- двойка с малко дете. Бихме се върнали отново.

Оборудването в малката къща е много стара и оскъдна. Нямаше достатъчни прибори.
