The location is simply the best in comparison to the nearby guest houses - the start of the hiking trail to Botev peak is 9 mins away with a car. Also the value for money is great and the host is very friendly and responsive. We had to check it at 11 pm and there was no problem on his side.
There is little not to like. Perhaps a few more chairs on the porch would have been nice to enjoy the great view.

It was a very refreshing location up near the mountain air and nature.
Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was very useful.
Turns out checkin and checkout are later than it says on booking, which worked great for us.
The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the wi-fi didn’t reach the barbecue area.
