Much room for improvement.

It was clean, and something that even 5 stars aren’t paying attention to, the mirrors and the glasses were clean too.

The room is not renovated, and the tapestries are torn or unstuck in many places. The shower has a curtain which was unpleasant, and although the bathroom is spacious, half of it goes to waste since they havent taken advantage of it and the shower itself is very cramped and small. The breakfast was a bad joke. The price included breakfast and when we got there there was almost nothing to eat. The quantities obviously are pretty small, theres no variety of anything, and the cakes were certainly baked in another day as they were old and were crumbly. The only other thing i could try, was one of the few left small pieces of banitsa(traditional pie with cheese and spinach) which was of the lowest quality,and smelled of eggs. Eventually we left the room in 5 mins and went to a branch shop to eat. Ridiculous.

Hotel Concorde, Veliko Turnovo

Fabulous hotel, so clean and comfortable. I can't praise their staff highly enough- everybody without exception was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good. The ladies presented it beautifully, and there was a great choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is very central, but away from the noise of the main street. I have stayed in many hotels in Veliko Turnovo but, inmy opinion, this one is the best, and I will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the lovely people who made my stay special.

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like. The only thing I would suggest, is a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. That would make it perfect!

The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable with very good breakfast with very kind staff. Also there was available a free parking slot in front of the hotel, organized by the hotel.

The restaurant of the hotel was not working during our stay for some reasons.

Worst room ever and we are very dissapointed. Booking representatives couldn’t help us with the refund. The hotel manage

We found bedbugs in the room so we were force to leave at the same time. We check-in at 18:00 and left at 22:00. No refund from Booking or hotel’s management after 2 months of delaying and reassurances that we will take are money back. ( ~220 euro)

Not the best one

The room was very spacious, and the furniture was incredibly comfortable.

There are three main issues we encountered during our stay. First, the staff was extremely rude to us. We had booked with breakfast, but since we had to leave early and are vegetarians, we kindly requested if it was possible to take something with us. However, she became irrationally angry, even though we were calm and friendly. Despite our clear request, she insisted on packing meat savouries (which we were not expecting) and left us with nothing. Secondly, the room and location were disappointing. The comforters were folded down and not placed on the bed, requiring us to do the task ourselves, which was inconvenient. Lastly, the location is far from the city center. It’s at least a kilometer away, unless you have a car, making it an impractical option for most travelers.

Really nice hotel, convenient location, amazing staff!

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful - especially the ladies at the reception and in the restaurant on the ground floor. The receptionist even offered to help with looking after our kids in the kids center while we were having dinner. The location is not far from the center and Tsarevets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, quiet area, great for families. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was really nice.

Quiet and comfortable

Very good hotel, standart room, big enough, very comfortable bed, great location, clean! The reception is 24-hours, there is an elevator, a restaurant with really good food, breakfast is served at the sky bar, on top of the building with a wonderful view! Breakfast is pretty good, there are different options. Very friendly staff, super helpful and nice! Nice design, cozy rooms, small balcony with view. Overall great experience, nothing extraordinary, which is good! Mini fridge with very low prices - almost as cheap as the store! Parking available right outside. Recommended place, quiet neighbourhood, relaxing stay, quite enjoyable!

The room had fluffy carpet, which I like, but many people won't be happy about it. There were many visible signs of usage - paint scratched, bottom of bathroom door has water damage, cracked mirror, etc. No plugs near the bed, not easily accessible for people with disabilities, but the whole city isn't. Minor problems in the bathroom, regarding soap, shower tap, the back of the door. Nothing major.

parking available only if you arrive at the earliest check-in time

If it weren't for the parking issue, I would have been happy with the quality-price ratio, but I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having parking available, but when you only have 5 parking spaces available at a hotel with over 30 rooms and a restaurant, it is incorrect to present parking as a facility!

I didn't like that it is advertised as free parking, when it only has 5 parking spaces for the entire hotel and their restaurant. Due to the lack of parking spaces you have to park next to those parking spaces, and 3 cars of hotel guests were towed by the municipality in front of the hotel, just one day. It was normal for the receptionist to advise us not to park in front of the hotel especially since they don't have enough parking spaces and it was known for them to pick up cars in the area!

Location is perfect, reception is cooperative, good breakfast, clean and mild carpet inside the room, bathroom accessories.

Wi-fi is not stable. Central a/c working as a ventilation and with an opened window (without mosquito nets) it's noisy from outside plus plenty of smells. Room's entry door without any noise protection. There're no dedicated parking slots, only public parking is available in case you'll be lucky to find one. Restroom fan is out of order.

Good location. away from the main drag but with decent restaurants 5-10 mins walk away. staff very helpful, room comfortable and a great breakfast.

parking is not as easy as they make it seem. The options are to take your chances to find a space on road outside, park a few 100m away, or pay to park in a nearby car park. Not a problem, but helpful to know in advance when you’ve driven a long way!

Easy to find and park. Friendly English speaking staff. Quality of the food in the restaurant was amazing, beautifully presented and delicious.

Very good

The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff was friendly. The hotel is centrally-located. The breakfast was good.

In the description of the room it was written that there is a minibar in the room and champagne free of charge. I told the hotel that I don't want alcohol in the room and when we arrived in the fridge was water, some coke, juice and chocolates. So, the next day when we were outside, the room was cleaned by the staff and the fridge was once again filled with missing drinks of their choice. The third day was done the same. What was my surprise when we were leaving the hotel, we were asked to pay for every little thing they put in our fridge! I thought that this is coming like an extra with the room, which anyway was very expensive for a city in Bulgaria! But no, it was all to be paid by us and even we didn't have the chance to choose what we want to be brought like drinks or chocolate - it was always the hotel's choice and filling it every day without even asking us if we want it! Now this I call a wonderful but not fair way to win some money! Anyway, this is not the way of winning clients. Although I overall liked my stay in Concorde hotel, this last bill of unnecessary expense left a bitter taste. I think it has to be made clear from the beginning what is included and what is not included in the price and if I have to pay something I want to have a possibility of choice at least. Very disappointing.

The hotel is in the city center, very close to the restaurants area. The rooms are very big and the personal very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. It deserves more than 3 stars for sure.

Nu sunt prize suficiente in camera. Apa calda nu mai e asa calda dupa ora 19. There are not enough sockets in the room. The hot water is not so hot after 19:00.
