One of the best houses I ever stayed!

Villa Arts is one of the best places I ever visited. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but at the same time very close to all the entertainment that the city can offer. Rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasing and relaxing stay. Having my coffee on the balcony was the best part - the view is stunning! Staff was exceptional as well. Aleks was available on the phone and answered all my questions.

The only thing is that the parking space is limited. Because of the Old town architecture parking is extremely challenging. There is a public parking about 10 min walking distance from the house. It might be inconvenient to walk up to the house with a luggage, but once you get there you will see that it was so much worth it! After all this is the charm of Varusha :)

Terrible! Coakroaches! It’s a scam!

It is a scam! Terrible place! Don’t go! Cockroaches, dirty duvets and dirty bed! Terrible smell of mold and the kitchen is not per apartment it’s to share. Not defined in the advertisement! We left after 10 minutes cause it was so dirty and bedbugs poop!

clean, nice, minimalist.

great location, wonderful view. very challenging to reach by car on the narrow streets. I am not kidding, anyone without yearlong experience in Italian streets should not even try. i had the bad experience that the next-door cleaning-lady/ neighbor started renovating her rooftop at 6:40 on Sunday, but that should not happen all the time. best if you could stay for more than a day and enjoy preparing your food. also, ask for coffee pods, they only have the machine by default.

Exceptional

The house is up in the hill and from balcony you see directly the Fortress. The night we staid it was a light show there and it was amazing. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Heat is working via air conditioning or electric heater in case of need.

1. The stair thay takes you up to the rooms area is very narrow. 2. If you come with lots of baggages, keep in mind that the house is on top of the hill.

A disappointment

The house is redecorated. The beds are comfortable. Sheets and towels are provided. The air condition worked well.

The house consists of two separate floors, and it is not "a whole villa". If you want to get to the bedrooms on the first floor, you need to get out and use a 1-meter wide staircase. The house is relatively small. The ground floor is max. 2 meters high. The bedrooms are very small, so if you lie your luggage on the floor, you can't pass by to the bathroom. The boilers with hot water are tiny, and you finish your shower in cold water. The villa itself is redecorated, but the surroundings are not. To get to the house, you need to climb approx. 20 stairs (half-broken). You get the view of the Tsarevo Castle in the distance, but you have a half-broken roof on the first plan. The house is barely accessible by car, especially if you arrive by a rented one. You need to drive approx. 600 m up. The road is steep (approx. 45 degrees), bumpy and one-car narrow. I would not recommend it also for people with small children and strollers. Parking place is a matter of understanding. I would not be so disappointed if the description and photos were fair. I attach real photos taken after the arrival.

Great location with nice view to Tzarevetz and close to the center. The rooms was clean, beds are really comfortable.

Nice view, clean, good terrace

We didn't like that on the way to the villa where a lot of bags with garbage. Take care because we wanted 3 rooms without the living and because we had the option to book the whole villa and a double room we thought that there are extra rooms. Unfortunately the villa has only 2 bedrooms and a living room and no extra double room.

Nice place, just not very accessible

The view of the terras is great. The location is good, you are in the city center within 5 min. Nice house and clean.

It's a little hard to find and also a lot of stairs/hills to get up to. If you have any issues walking I would not book this. I would also not drive my car all the way up, the roads are really poor quality.
