Large room. Excellent location. Comfortable.

The balcony looked dangerous and there is absolutely no view whatsoever because of the trees. You were not allowed to use the washing machine. You had to give your laundry to the host who would wash it for you at a charge.

Quite ok for transit if you are not very picky

Location excelent, the owner very kind and helpful, good value for money; Parking next to property.

- coloured bed linen, coloured towels- not hygenic and comfortable at all; white ones would be a big plus 🙃 - old house without PVC carpentry, quite noise in the evening, but not for many hours (motors /traffic).

Excelent location! Emil is a fantastic host, one of the best I've met (and in the last 34 years I've travelled a lot, but such a nice person is very seldom to find). Always he's looking to find a solution for your needs and requests.

Extremely central, yet no noise at the time of our stay. Very spacious. Parking in the square ( blue zone, синя зона). Nice view from the balcony.

Comfortable apartment, friendly and accommodating owner, excellent location - would come again!

The owner and his wife were extremely kind, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment (which was exactly as shown in the pictures) had everything I needed, was immaculately clean, and was very comfortable. The location absolutely can't be beaten and it is the *perfect* spot from which to explore Veliko Tarnovo.

The only downside is that there is no breakfast with this accommodation because it is an apartment, as opposed to a hotel, but the owner helpfully gave me numerous excellent suggestions about where to eat.

Well located accomodation, close to the shops and turistic points of interests. Large room, very clean, confortable beds. We spent only one night there, being in transit, but we consider to come back for few days in the future to explore the city - most probably we will choose the same accomodation.

Perfect stay!

The location is great: 25-30 meters from the main tourist walking street. Close enough to be there in less than 1 minute, far enough to be quiet. Room was perfect: very large room, warm colors, confortable beds, clean room, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV... Room temperature: usually in Veliko you don't go in the winter I guess. We stayed 2 nights 17.06.2022 - 19.06.2022. The room temperature was perfect without using the air conditioning unit in the room. Property facilities: there is a common kitchen you can use to prepare whatever you need. Staff: The owner of the property is an awesome person. He is always smiling, speaks great English, can give guidance if needed and is a very relaxed person. He waited for us to arrive until 02:30 AM (in the middle of the night). This was for no extra cost and with a big welcome smile on his face. We traveled as a family: me, my wife and my 4 year old daughter. It was a great property for a family to stay there. Parking: there is public parking right in front of the property. In the weekend it is free parking (at least in june 2022 it is) but it is crowded. Park only in the correct parking spots. Otherwise your car will be lift off and you will pay a fine. Discuss parking with the property owner. He will guide you where to park and it will all be ok.

Central Location

Good location, clean, secure. Room was large with comfortable bed, cable TV sofa, coffee table and wardrobe. Shower room with toilet and wash basin. Downstairs there's a little kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster and sink for guests to use.

I didn't have any hot water to shower on my last day, not sure why that was, but I was in a rush to catch a train so didn't have time to ask (just took a cold shower instead). There is no reception as studio flats, but owner is friendly and you can contact him with WhatsApp.

Ain't fancy, but awesome!

The location is perfect, it's less than a minute away from some of the best restaurants in the city and 15 min walking distance from Tsarevets fortress. The accommodation is nothing fancy, but its very clean and the beds are comfortable. Great value for money.

Perfect value for money

Marvelous location in the middle of the old town, with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as the main sights. Wonderful view from the balcony. Very kids friendly, with most helpful and nice host.
