Lucky Hotel

Everything was fine. The room was spacious with amazing view. The parking for the car was convenient just across the street.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, good location

The view from the room balcony is breathtaking. The rooms were big, clean and new. There was breakfast included which was good enough to start your day, but the opportunity to have it on the balcony with the view made it memorable. The hotel offers parking which is very useful for this part of the city. The lady at the reception was very nice and kind. I recommend it.

Before arrival we had issue how to reach the hotel due to roads closures. I spoke with the receptionist first (the nice lady) to explain our situation, she gave us advice how to reach the hotel. 20 minutes later I called again to explain that a guy in front of Tsarevets hotel doesn't want to let us go through the road in front of his hotel. This time the owner pick up the phone and before I had chance to explain the situation she started shouting me why we are so late and the lady at the reception waited for us 20 minutes. So we weren't very happy with the owner of hotel Lucky. And the owner of hotel Tsarevets ruin our day, but that's different story.

Location good, nice and central for old town. Balcony view was a nice bonus too

Parking was not available, sent to a place over the road that was full. That said we found parking on street nearby easy enough. Also was told I had to pay in cash which I didn’t see on booking.com or wasn’t mentioned. It’s poor as it means hunting a cash machine down when the whole point is to pay via the app. Breakfast was also chaotic
