Great hotel, beautiful interior design

A very nice hotel, with a beautiful interior design. It has a glass elevator with a very beautiful panorama over the city. We stayed here two nights, during February. We had a very clean, big room with comfortable beds, on the first floor. Slept like a baby. Heating is electrical. So is the hot water. The hotel has a private parking lot, which is free for the hotel guests. The parking space is reserved for the entire period of accommodation, with an intelligent remote system. We were provided with free coffee, juice, ayran, yogurt, water, and fruits throughout our stay. The hotel is a family business. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Very clean inside and in the room. Parking very close to the hotel, and the staff very attentive and involved. Coffee machine available, lemonade and water, free at the reception. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

Amazing location and staff!

Family-owned hotel, and the owners are the most attentive and helpful! Top-tier services, spotless clean (it also smells so good in the common areas), super spacious room, with amazing attention to detail (from the curtains to the wallpaper and the bed lamps). You can't really ask for more, and especially for the price. Located in the city center, near everything, but somehow a bit away from all the noise and frenzy of a touristic city. Once you park your car, you're pretty much within walking distance from everything. The wi-fi was great also. Loved every single detail of our stay!

Ask for help if you need parking. It's private to the hotel and super close by, but it might be a bit difficult to figure out where the location is at first. The owner directed us until we found the spot (1-2 minutes walk, but tucked away).

Lovely place to stay

The location is great. We had a gorgeous room on 3rd floor with a balcony looking across to Tsarevets Fortress. The bed was very comfortable. YouTube, Netflix and Prime on TV. We had a lovely lounge area too.

Perfectly located and spotlessly clean

Clean, lovely personal touches, comfortable bed, big room, gorgeous dual aspect views from the room, good and hot shower, friendly hosts, secure, excellent central location. A wonderful small hotel which is ideal for discovering VT. It also has handy parking and snacks on site...if needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Cozey stay, I can't fault anything.

Very cosey, immaculatly decorated and clean. Friendly family atmosphere. Superb cleanliness. Great location. Easy check in and out. It was a pleasure staying there.

Nice, small hotel not far from the city center.

The balcony overlooking the main street, the location close to a small supermarket, some restaurants, a very fun museum of illusions, and across the street a very nice coffee shop. The friendly staff, helping me getting a taxi when I left, and not to forget the spacious room.l

The hotel boasts abput having an elevator, which is true, but what they don't mentioned was that you have to go up a stairs with 9 steps to reach that elevator. These steps kind of negate the elevator, don't they?

Great location, near the center, free parking 180m from the hotel, AC, spotless clean, very nice staff. for sure my first choice next time I'm in Veliko. Just hope to stay longer :)

Check in must be done by 7 pm, it's impossible after this hour.

Short, but very nice staying.

The location, the cleaning, the design, the view (from balcony), the guests and the breakfast.

The noise from outside (cars and motorcycles) late in the night, but if you’re tired, you will sleep very well in those cozy beds.

The room was OK, but the noise from the street was almost unbearable. at 05:30 traffic started and sleeping ended :-(

The staff was extremly polite. My kid lost my jewellery box somewhere in the room. They found it and send it back to me on the next day! Perfect loacation and great views! The breakfast was great and very tasty! I will be glad to come back with my familly!

Beautiful view towards the fortress, very close to most attractions (ex: 7min by walk to fortress), entire hotel very clean, good wifi signal, very kind stuff, the car parking close to hotel. Many terraces a few minutes away.

Homely hotel with a cafe downstairs

Lovely helpful staff. Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. I would certainly stay here again. It was good.

The curtains were not thick enough, so the room was bright in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, note that there might be some noise from the street. Also, note that the reception closes at 7 pm nightly. Not a problem unless you arrive late. No safety deposit box in the room. TV was the size of a tablet (but who needs a TV?)

The room is big, very clean, with much light and the shower is spacious. The beds are comfortable. Close to the city center and the attractions. The hotel has free parking, we message the staff and they reserved us a spot (is near the hotel). The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend.
