Excelent. Would highly recommend.
Mr. Ross is very friendly, welcomed us and helped with parking. Public parking in front of the apartment is limited and narrow. But, with Mr. Ross's support everything went smooth. He is so energetic and answers all our questions and tries to help us as much as possible. Rooms were well maintained for the location and comfortable.

Excellent stay at the heart of Veliko Tarnovo
First of all, the host was very kind, and waited for us to arrive, late at night as we were driving from far away. He also arranged a parking space for us right in front of the apartment. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and there's a balcony with a beautiful view of the river running below. The location itself is perfect to explore the town center, and walk to the fortress.
There were a few cobwebs, but that didn't bother us.

Great location, not very good conditions
The location is very good, in the heart of the center. Amazing view to the city from the balcony. We got a parking place in front of the house. Host was nice. We could book the room in the day we stayed.
We didn't get the room we booked. It looked older because of the old furniture. Toliet was not cleaned for some time and smelled bad. Warming was with air conditioning, worked ok, but it was not getting warm enough. We stayed in December and it was quite cold outside, so we needed warmer.

Great time but the rooms are in need of some love.
Location and size of the room were amazing. the view from the balcony was also spectacular. It was easy to come and go as we liked.
Everything was old and in need of some love. I think the carpets are starting to pick up an odour. This is definitely the trade off when you want a great price.

It was perfect for a night away and would stay again
We stayed with our two children age 12 and 7 and each had a bed to sleep in (not a sofa bed) There was plenty of space in the room which was clean and tidy. Good value for money when only needing a bed for the night. Free WiFi which was useful when having quite time in the afternoon. Shower was hot and very powerful it was nice. We also has a kettle and cups to make coffee.
The cable TV was not good signal and only a history english channel - but we didn't go away to watch TV so not an problem. There was a fridge, but outside the room to share with other.

Хареса ми, че във важен момент за мен и трудното резервиране по време на фестивала на "Еленския бут", само на това място намерих достъпна нощувка.
Местоположението на къщата за гости е уникално, точно над река Янтра и на пръв поглед е прекрасно, непретенциозно място.
Бях изключително обнадеждена и от фактът, че в стаята ми ще има вана. И имаше, да.-В канала й имаше коси и част от сапун,а по ръба й и по седалката на тоалетната чиния мокри капки-не искам да знам дали е вода. Цялата мивка е засечена,(все едно с бял прах е мазана) дори кранчетата не посмях да пипна. Хигиената е под Всякаква критика.
Къщата иска женска ръка да почисти основно и да се вложат малко парички в обновяване,нищо повече и ще стане Топ!
Съветвам мъжът да има елементарен усет и подход за комуникацията с клиентите, както и да обнови системата си за резервации и коректност от към документацията.
Мъжът, с когото комуникирах (предполагам собственикът). Не зная дали от съображение, обърканост, грешка или просто си е припрян, но не ми направи въобще добро впечатление, дори подозрително. Бях задала приблизителен час за пристигане - 21 часа, но закъснявах с 20-на минути и му се обадих само да съобщя, че вече съм в града и идвам към къщата като настоя да ме посрещне. Влезе в колата все едно всеки ден пием кафе заедно, дори не успях да си събера всичко, което бях оставила на седалката, оказвайки се, че мястото е през една улица. Обаче, за да вляза в нея, изключително тясна и стръмна, блокирам целия трафик, за да направя 20 маневри от насрещно движение. По същата улица, след първата кола се оказа, че ми пази място, без да съм казвала как ще пътувам и изисквала такова. Той настоя и след сумати въртене и неговите насоки ми каза: "Дай аз да я паркирам.", после като истински инструктор ми каза изцяло да завъртя волана. Спореше и дойде до шофьорския прозорец, хвана волана още да го върти.В този момент ми кипна и му казах, че е очебийно, че тази кола не може да влезе между двете. "Глупости, до преди малко имаше един Мерцедес тука!" Докато не повиших тон да кажа, че каквато кола щЕ кола да вкарва там, че колата не е моя и че грешки не бива да стават."Аз сега къде да търся място тука, хайде карай след мен да видим."-въпреки че не веднъж отказа предложението ми да "разменим" пари/ключове и че като паркирам ще дойда.Намери ~300м по-надолу, а по-пътя към къщата не беше сигурен за дублиране на резервациите с пристигане в 03:00ч.При плащането ми на място ми стана изключително интересно защо поиска личната ми карта, защо се вписвах в СОЦ-тефтер за рецепция и защо му беше нужно да напиша номера на ЛК/ЕГН. Нямам декларация за поверителност на лични данни, нито касов бон. С отварянето на вратата на стаята ме лъхна миризмата на мухъл и застояло.Не съм спала-не само че не Поне бяха изпънати леглата, чаршафите бяха с жълти петна.

Розташування на гарній вулиці. Парковка біля дому безкоштовна, ми були в грудні-місця були. Кроваті буди зручні, білизна чиста.
Не дуже пунктуальний хазяїн (особливо коли це вночі-не дуже приємно). Опалення кондиціонером, гарячої води не було. Нам з ночі до ранку було норм, але більше- таке собі. Ціна завищена на мій погляд

Sehr schön gelegen an mittelalterlicher Straße - aber nur für kleine Pkw zu empfehlen.
Das Appartment liegt an einer (engen) historischen Straße direkt im historischen Teil der Stadt. Von hier aus kann man alle zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß bequem erreichen. Auch die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist sehr schön! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten die Garage vom Gastgeber nutzen. Das war sehr praktisch, denn in der Straße ist kaum Platz um gut zu parken. Die Zimmer selbst sind wie erwartet und der Preisklasse entsprechend einfach und OK.
Reist man mit dem Auto an, so ist der Schreck erst einmal groß, dass man dem Navi folgend in diese enge, Stein-gepflasterte Straße einfahren kann und soll. Sie liegt direkt an einem steilen Hang und ist entsprechend eng. Dazu kommt, dass entlang der Straße, wo man sich noch reinquetschen kann, Autos geparkt sind. Wir sind an einem Samstag dort gewesen - da soll es wohl besonders eng sein... Der Weg führt einen dann an einigen sehr engen Stellen vorbei, bis man am Haus ankommt. Am Haus angekommen kann man die Garage nutzen. In diese passt jedoch nur ein kleines Auto. Wir hatten somit Glück, und der Kleinwagen passte knapp hinein. Wenn man dann wieder weg fährt, so fährt man ebenfalls auf sehr enger und steiler Straße zur Hauptstraße. Dabei gibt es eine Kurve, bei der man recht viel Geschick benötigt, um den steilen Berg hochzufahren.
In der Wohnung wäre es gut, wenn man auch Geschirr und Besteck hätte, das fehlt leider.

În bucătărie avea un frigider plin de rugină.
În pat m-au mâncat păianjenii toată noaptea.
Proprietarul era prea grăbit și agitat.

Il proprietario gentilissimo, parla bene italiano e ci ha aiutato a noleggiare l'auto. La camera è spaziosa e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Inoltre la vista dal balcone sulla città è insuperabile!

Категорично беше това, което ни трябваше - място за нощувка в близост до любими за нас места. Най си харесахме, обаче, домакина! Освен, че ни осигури място за паркиране още преди да сме пристигнали, ни посрещна лично на улицата. Часове по-късно случайността го превърна в наш гид из руините на Царевец. Да е жив и здрав!
Съобразно локацията е трудно намирането на паркомясто, но все пак да не забравяме, че когато е строена тази част на града, не е било предвидено по уличките да се разминават джипове.

Много любезен домакин. Изключително сме доволни от посрещането. Ориентира ни лесно да намерим локацията.
Повече старание от хигиенна гледна точка. За нас условията за една нощувка са повече от добри, тъй като не сме претенциозни. Все пак това е хостел, а не 5 - звезден хотел😉
