Lovely gem of a stay!

Our room was perfect! We had a beautiful view of the fortress and town below, which afforded us front row seats to the light show that evening. The beds were comfortable, and we had enough space for our bags, and the pool was a bonus! We had a refreshing dip before going into town for the festival. We enjoyed some nice BBQ and then walked back for the light show. Our host was even kind enough to come and find us and lead us to the house as many of the roads were closed due to the street festival, and we couldn't access the route he had given us.

Only booking one night! I could have sat out on our balcony all day looking at the view!

Best place ever

Everything was perfect, spotless and clean. Owners are nice and friendly. My room was on the 3rd floor and was nice, comfortable and clean (like everywhere in the place). Nice balcony with a superb view of Tsarevets and the light and music show on Sat evening. Nice garden with terrace to enjoy the view and relax, after a day out visiting the town. Very peaceful and quiet. There is also a vending machine where you can buy a cold beer and other drinks. Everything was perfect. It is a bit hard to go uphill by walk, but the view repays all the effort. Good price. I will definetely choose it again and reccomend to anybody.

Breathtaking views for fair prices

Great property, fair prices, cleanliness everywhere and hospitable owner. Extraordinary views, garden and patio. The rooms and the garden look even better than the pictures. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The room was a bit small but it didn t bother us at all. Very clean and confortable. Not related to the property alone but I strongly advice to get a clear direction on google maps/waze as the road maps got us on is very steep and narrow. It was challenging even for an experienced driver. If you are a new driver, i recommend checking the route very closely so you can take the easier road. The owner will help you with a map if you ask him, he was very kind. If you have a low car, the rocks on the steep road may damage the car

The hotel is just amazing. Location, the view, cannot recommend enough. Swimming pool is so nice to have, refresh and relax after this heat. We asked to check in earlier and it was done, really nice host.

We loved everything, we couldn't have chosen better accommodation. The view was breathtaking and the room was first class. The host was very friendly and helpful, he even offered to collect us in town after we had gone out for dinner.

Superb

The room is clean and with modern new furniture. The views are great, towards the town and the mountains. My family enjoyed the pool. At the reception the procedure went smoothly. There is a pedestrian path going right into the old city center - very nice walk down and up (if you are not used to hiking, this can be challenging).

The road towards the location can be tricky - it is steep and narrow. Parking can also be an issue. If you have problems going up and down the stairs, this is not a place suited for you (not our case though).

Perfect for a city break

The location! Located on Varusha Hill, very close to the historical area. The rooms have air conditioning, cable TV and private bathroom, view from the balcony to the citadel is spectacular! Very helpful host.

The road to the location is a bit difficult for a small car or for inexperienced drivers.

Everything was very good. Clean, comfort, very nice staff, excellent view. Poll ok, not very big, but very clean, breakfast can be ordered in the morning. And good coffee for 1 euro 😉

The acces is a little bit odd with the car, but nothing that can be very difficult.
