Great modern cozy apartment !

The guest house is an excellent choice for its cleanness, coziness, comfort and views to the old town. There is a private parking space which is a jackpot in Veliko Tarnovo's old town. There is also a spacious, modern and well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need if you want to prepare meals at the property. Location is great as most tourist attractions are at a walking distance, as well as small grocery shop, restaurants, bars, galleries and the old market street. Last but not least - the owner Iliana was very friendly, welcoming and ensured everything was right for our stay. Thank you very much! We hope to be back soon.

Amazing!

-the room was big, super clean and beautiful - we need everything we needed (towels, shampoo... even water and candies❤️) - the owners were suuuper nice, they let us to check in earlier, they come to help us to find a new parking slot (it was a festival on our street and we needed to move the car)

Everything you need for a stay in old-town VT

Lovely modern and clean room. The modern kitchen and dining room are downstairs and shared, though we didn't see anyone else use them. Tassimo coffee machine and a washer and dryer, which would be useful for longer stays. Location in is the heart of the old town, and the balcony looks onto a charming old square with a bakers opposite, nice for breakfast. The lady who was cleaning was very polite and moved her car to allow us to park outside. Very near the traditional craft shops and main street. We will definitely stay again.

To reach the apartment by car, you need to take a deep breath and drive down a very narrow street, negotiating parked cars. I got out and went ahead on foot to help signal obstacles while my husband drove behind very slowly. The way out was easier, due to the one way system. Perhaps the owners of the property could issue guidance on the best route to the property, as some streets are narrower than others.

An authentic Veliko experience

Everything was absolutely stunning. I think this was one of the best accommodation I ever experienced. The building and the apartment look amazing. The owners restored the building with great attention to details and the rezult is a genuine traditional house. If you want to experience living in an old tradional Veliko house, but with all the modern comfort you should definitely book this location. The human quality of the owners is also remarkable. We had a very pleasant discussion about history and other things that unite us as people of the same region but different countries. It was a real pleasure and honour to wake up and to see the sunshine in this idyllic place. Congratulations to the owners for preserving this amazing place! The building and also the location were perfect and I will not add other useless words.

Veliko Tarnovo, a city that impressed us

The apartment is located in a renovated house in the old center with a fully equipped shared kitchen, washing machine and dryer, new furniture and appliances, very clean and modern. The hosts were very kind, they also recommended places to eat.

there was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom, but the fan eliminated it pretty quickly

I recommend guest house Lazard to all visitors, for a stop over or for a longer visit, this is the perfect place to stay

Location is perfect, in the heart of the city but calm and accessible, walking distance to explore the charm and history of Veliko Tarnovo. Rooms are tastefully decorated, all amenities are new, big kitchen available for use. Hosts are very helpful with advice for attractions and restaurants.

Beautiful place, but be careful when arriving by car

Beautifully renovated and well-equipped apartment in the old part of the city. Modern kitchen area, with above average equipment - there is a coffee machine, a toaster, and other things that are usually missing. Bonus - an authentic balcony, where to enjoy the evening. The Tsarevets fortress is within walking distance, like all the others highlights.

Difficulties with parking. When we arrived, it seemed like there were no free spaces for car, so we went to look for another one. It wasn't easy because everything here is very narrow. However, the owner called and said there is one spot. Later it turned out that it was blocked by another car and also by workers who were repairing something on the street. In any case, driving here is challenging.

Beautiful

I really liked the location of the accommodation. I think it is on one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets from Veliko. The property is very clean and I liked that we had a nice terrace, in the architectural style of the area. The owner was very kind to us, helped us with the parking space in front of the house and gave us information about restaurants and tourist attractions. It is a suitable place for a little weekend getaway.

Foarte curat, gazdele extraordinar de ospitaliere, este pozitionata intr o zona frumoasa. A fost o placere sa stam acolo.

Este dificil cu locurile de parcare, asta ar fi un minus, dar gazda a eliberat locul propriu de parcare si n a mai fost o problema.

Местоположението беше на пешеходно разстояние от основните забележителности на града. Домакините са изключително отзивчиви и приветливи хора. Къщата беше много чиста и имаше всички необходими удобства - кафемашина, пералня, сушилня, миялна. За разлика от други места за настаняване тези уреди бяха заредени с необходимите консумативи, което прави чест на домакините. Ще се върнем отново с удоволствие!

Endroit chaleureux dans lequel on a envie de revenir.

Note maximale pour cette résidence. Le propriétaire, (parlant un français impeccable) n'avait pas prévu que la fête artisanale se tenait le WE de notre venue. Impossibilité de se garer dans les étroites rues pavées du vieux Veliko. Le propriétaire du logement, est allé lui même garer ma voiture au plus proche ou cela était possible. Le logement est impeccable, avec une vue imprenable sur le fort. (spectacle lumière , (sans le son) gratuit)

Καταρχάς το σημείο που βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ γραφικό με όμορφα σοκάκια και μαγαζάκια. Έχει πολλές επιλογές τριγύρω για φαγητό, ποτό και ότι χρειαστείς ! Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι ευγενέστατος, πολύ φιλικός και με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει και να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε! Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ όμορφο και πεντακάθαρο και με΄όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι για μια άνετη διαμονή !! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία και εύχομαι να τα ξαναπούμε !!!

Nu tine de propietari ci mai mult de locație. Poate fi zgomot si ziua, dar mai ales noaptea. Este un mic loc de adunare pentru tineri si uneori pot fi foarte gălăgioși. Dar merita cazarea.

Апартаментът надмина очакванията ни – изключителна чистота , уют и всичко необходимо, за да се почувстваш като у дома си . Гледката от терасата е просто впечатляваща, а самата тераса е прекрасно място за сутрешно кафе или вечерен отдих. Домакините бяха изключително гостоприемни и отзивчиви 😊. Един от най-големите плюсове е наличието на паркинг 🚗 – нещо наистина рядко и много ценно за стария град на Велико Търново, където паркирането обикновено е истинско предизвикателство. В непосредствена близост има всичко необходимо – магазин 🛒, страхотна баничарница с много вкусни закуски 🥐, както и различни заведения за хранене. Силно препоръчвам този апартамент и със сигурност бихме отседнали отново!

Практично обзавеждане, има всичко необходимо за чудесен престой. Просторни стаи с удобна тераса и чудесна гледка. Освен стаята, общите части и кухнята много чисти и подредени. Домакините са много любезни и помагат за всичко от което имахме нужда.

Todo ! Camas amplias y cómodas . Localización en la parte alta del barrio antiguo . Parking en la puerta . Limpieza . Baños estupendos. Terraza con flores sobre la plaza . Lavadora y secadora . Dueños encantadores . Todo tipo de detalles : secador , crema de manos , algodones para desmaquillarse … y en la cocina .., tisanas , leche , cápsulas de café , sal , lavavajillas…, etc etc puzzles y juegos. Volvería sin duda . Es una casa de dos pisos preciosa . Enfrente hay una pequeña tienda de alimentación estupenda

Únicamente reseñaría para personas con dificultades al caminar por edad u otros problemas , que solicitarán las habitaciones de abajo que son un primer piso sobre la plaza pero desde la calle solo tienen 3 escalones que subir

С удоволоствие бихме посетили Guest House LAZARA отново.

Много сме доволни от всичко - сградата, интериора, локацията и не на последно място - персонала. Според нас е направено максималното, за да се създаде комфорт за гостуващите. Интериорът е направен с вкус и е в унисон с общата визия и усещана на квартала. Персоналът е много отзивчив и любезен. С удоволствие бихме гостували отново.

Две нощувки бяхме гости на Guest House LAZARA. Не успяхме да получим негативни впечатления. Трудно е паркирането на автомобил в района, като по този въпрос получихме съвет и съдействие от персонала, за което сме благодарни.
