Останах изключително доволна от престоя си в хотела във Велико Търново! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Настаняването беше бързо и безпроблемно, а персоналът – изключително вежлив и отзивчив. Стаята беше чиста, просторна и много уютна, с красив изглед към града. Леглото беше удобно, а всичко в стаята и банята работеше перфектно. Локацията е чудесна – близо до центъра и основните забележителности, което прави разходките истинско удоволствие. Място, което с радост бих посетила отново и препоръчвам горещо на всеки, който планира пътуване до Велико Търново. Отлично обслужване, комфорт и спокойствие – идеалната комбинация за пълноценен престой! ☺️

are doua locatii la una e mai greu de ajuns pe stradute in panta si cu sens unic, dar are avantajul ca are parcare supravegheata dar aici nu are receptie
interactiunea cu gazda se face cu un aparat care efectueaza traducerea din bulgara in romana si invers. greu sa ne intelegem si plus de asta sa gasesti a doua locatie e mai dificil de unul singur. dar una dintre doamne care avea aparatul de traducere a mers cu noi si ne a dus la locatie si ne a facut instructajul la fata locului. ii multumim frumos am facut o si atunci si acum inca odata.
