Great location and friendly hosts. We had a very short nice stay.

Great hotel in an older traditional building that is full of character, set at several levels on the side of a hill. 20 minutes walk from the bus station and just a little bit further to the train station. Check in, even with my lack of Bulgarian, was simple enough. Reception is not 24 hours so front door key required. Room was simple but clean and comfortable. Street outside is cobbled and is very quiet. The main old market is just around the corner and there are a choice of eating places across the road and nearby. Hotel is up a slope, but most of this town in up and down hill so you need to cope with that. The main fortress is 15 minutes walk away and other sights are not far but the hills make them feel further. Really liked this hotel because it did feel like a traditional place, no lift so was three flights of stairs to the room

I am sure that some of the front rooms, and others in town, have amazing views across the river, mine didn't, but I usually pick the cheapest rooms so might be something to think about if you are staying here and that is important to you

Хорошее расположение в старом городе, недалеко есть собственная парковка, но надо пройтись в крутую короткую гору. Можно с собакой.

Сантехника оставляет желать лучшего. Краны на раковине очень сложно открыть/закрыть взрослому, а уж ребенку без шансов. У нас не было переключателя душа. Номер чистый, но посередине лежит грязнющая ковровая дорожка....

The only real strength of this hotel is the parking space they offer. The view from the 3rd floor is really nice. Close to the center of Veliko.

The bathroom is a disaster, walls and ceiling were covered in cobwebs and dust. The room is small, too small for 3 beds, but they made the mistake of adding a 4th bed in the mix which makes everything really crammed. One of the windows wouldn’t fully open, and the one that did, didn’t have mosquito net.
