A little frustrating
We had been driving for almost 3 hours and had to park quite a distance away from the property while dragging suitcases in the July heat. The receptionist couldn't speak English and put me on a call with a lady who could. This lady kept insisting that I haven't paid for my reservation when I had paid 6 weeks earlier. I told her that she should speak to Booking.com customer service because I had proof on my phone that I paid. She was adamant that I was mistaken and that I should be the one to contact Booking.com customer service. By this point it was beyond frustrating how she kept insisting that I need to speak to them. In the end she gave up with a huff and said she would speak to them herself and get back to me. I was told by the non English speaking lady at reception that I shouldn't book with Booking.com because I will end up paying double. This is clearly what this property does as I believe they get paid after the services have been rendered and not before. So they make customers pay again and they get double the money after they check out.

Tudo estava ótimo. Exceto pelo Wi-Fi que não logava. A funcionária, uma senhorinha já idosa, era super simpática e ajudou muito embora não falasse inglês. A localização é perfeita e perto de todos os pontos de interesse dentro da cidade

Много чист и спретнат хотел на топ място в старата част на Велико Търново. Локацията му е изключително удобна - на пешеходно разстояние от Царевец и Самоводската чаршия. Стаята беше компактна, много чиста, без излишни луксове, но за тази цена си струва отвсякъде. Със сигурност ще посетим отново.

La limpieza, todo estaba muy limpio. Su ubicación es inmejorable ya que está cerca de la fortaleza medieval, del barrio de los artesanos, etc. En realidad, está cerca de todas las principales atracciones turísticas. La amabilidad del personal también es un buen aspecto a destacar.

Климатика.
Всеки път разговарях с различни хора и никой не знаеше другия какво е казал и се наложи да преразказвам и да им предавам аз информация. Поискаха да платя още с настаняването, щом поисках документ срещу плащането бяха чеко казано попарени, така и не ми беше издаден документ за платените суми . За рецепция да не говорим...никога няма човек и каквито и да е указания липсват. Не можеш да намериш нищо, винаги трябва да звъннеш и след 1 час ти се връща отговор на обаждането... разбира се неадекватно. Обслужване на стаите - липсва с ,,300 зора" ни смениха кърпите и се измолихме за тоалетна хартия , санитарни принадлежности липсват, има оставени по едно шампоанче и това е ,сапун за миене на ръце, някакви закачалки за къде да си поставиш кърпи или нещо в банята липсват. Кошче или хладилник ... блян. Ползвахме 3 стаи 2, от които бяха без хладилник и всички без Кошче... няма да продължавам, Непрепоръчвам хотела .

Удобни удължени часове за настаняване и напускане.
Приятен жест по случай Великден – подарено боядисано яйце на всеки гост.
Закуската беше разнообразна, тип шведска маса, с качествени продукти.
Удобно и комфортно легло, подходящо за почивка след дълъг ден.
Хубава тераса, подходяща за сутрешно кафе или вечерна почивка.

След внимателно проучване, резервирахме стая от 30 кв.м, тъй като престоят беше 3 нощувки и искахме комфорт. Получихме обаждане от хотела преди пътуването с въпрос дали предпочитаме спалня или две отделни легла – уточних, че няма значение. За съжаление, при пристигането си бяхме настанени в значително по-малка стая (около 15 кв.м), въпреки че платихме за по-голямата. Не получихме нито обяснение, нито извинение за разликата.
Стаята се оказа неподходяща за по-дълъг престой – тясна и неудобна.
През целия ни тридневен престой боклукът не беше изхвърлен нито веднъж – напълно неприемливо дори за по-нисък клас хотел, а какво остава за три звезди.
Липсваше последователност и внимание към детайла – например, имаше стикер "поставете табелка на вратата, ако желаете почистване на стаята", но табелка изобщо нямаше в стаята. В банята имаше стикер с молба кърпите да се оставят на закачалка, за да не бъдат сменяни – но такава закачалка липсваше.
Cons:
We specifically booked a 30 sq.m room after carefully reviewing the hotel’s options, since we planned a 3-night stay and wanted comfort. I was contacted by phone before arrival and asked whether we preferred a double bed or two singles – I replied that we had no preference. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were placed in a much smaller room (approximately 15 sq.m), despite being charged for the larger one. No explanation or apology was offered.
The room was far from suitable for a longer stay – it felt cramped and uncomfortable.
Throughout the three-night stay, the trash was never emptied – completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a three-star one.
Several aspects of the room were poorly thought out: for example, a sticker said, "Hang the sign on the door if you wish for cleaning" – but there was no sign. Another sticker in the bathroom encouraged guests to hang their towels to avoid unnecessary washing – but there was no towel rack at all.

Таванската стая беше много добре подредена,беше топло и комфортно. Хареса ми просторната баня и дизайна на умивалника и самата баня.В коридора имаше много удобно канапе. На ниво рецепция имаше студени напитки. На ниво под рецепция имаше просторна тераса с много красива градинска мебел.
Че не можах да видя на къде ми гледа стаята,защото прозорецът беше много високо.

Excelente ubicación.
Reservamos la habitación doble con vistas al jardín. La habitación y el baño son enormes. Muy luminosa. La habitación tiene una pequeña terraza con una mesita y un par de sillas que da a un patio trasero, maravilloso para descansar. Además al no dar a la calle principal no hay nada de ruido y es excelente para dormir.
Las almohadas son bastante incómodas, pero debe ser algo típico del país.
Reservamos porque pensamos que habría opción a desayuno, tal y como indicaba la descripción del alojamiento, pero no ofrecían. Es un hotel nuevo, así que entiendo que es algo que les gustará ofrecer en un futuro en su propia cafetería.
