Perfect location, rooms fair for the price.

The room was too cold and the bathroom was not in good condition, so we changed the room thanks to our host.

Lovely, the room was comfortable and pleasant.

The location is great. Close to the local pubs, restaurants and the city centre. We really enjoyed the room- it was clean, comfortable and very quiet.

Terrible cleanliness!!!

We had a terrible experience!!! First of all, this place was advertised as apartment, but it's not equipped at all (also differs from the pictures on the reservation). Old and damaged furniture, strange smell. Terrible cleanliness (dirty toilet, stains are everywhere)! Uncomfortable bed!!!

Ok for a short stay but disappointing

Location was good. Easy access to city center. Toiletries were provided.

Toilet seat was dirty when we arrived, and not properly flushed. The room was a bit different than the photos and the ceiling had office lighting (as if an office building was turned into extra hotel rooms). Walls were very thin, we could hear the people next door as if they were in the same room with us. The way up to the room consisted of uneven stairs and a low ceiling where we were told to watch our heads. Cost of 10 EUR cash to park car inside the property's garage, which we were informed of upon arrival. We decided to park outside instead, as parking is free in the weekends.

Excellent location. Halfway between the bus station and the old town high street. Clean. Friendly people.

Very basic. No fridge, coffee maker, etc. but most importantly, nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom. Even the towel hanger was falling apart. No lift either, so if you have heavy luggage go for the ground floor. Some stains on in the ceiling probably from old leaks, but very clean in general.

Was a very pleasant stay, with minor thing to improve.

- Very clean - Parking (with a fee, but is better than public parkings in the city) - In the city center - The host was very helpfull

- Some other guests very loud all night and the walls are very thin. - In the hall there are 6 sensor lights that you can't turn off from the room and they went on and on in middle of the night when someone was passing the hall (outside the room) and even when the people in the apartment above were flushing the toillet. Wasn't very confortable to wake up every hour with those lights in your face.

Huge disappointment. Feel deceived by the pictures of the rooms.

Friendly staff, close to the center of the city

Dirty toilet, floor, stained towels. The window in the bathroom was with a view to the neighbors, with no privacy. The couch was dirty and the furnitures were broken in places. There was a sink with a kitchen cabins, but empty and had no glasses. Smell of mold in the hallway.

the location was great

the room was not as presented on the website, next the bathroom was not cleaned. there is a restaurant below the hotel which is open until late and can be quite noisy in the late hours. last but not least the climb to the top floor is quite uncomfortable due to the steep staircase, the different size stairs and the low ceiling which makes it almost impossible for tall people

Nice room but very noisy

Coffee maker but no coffee or cup's hair dryer didn't work room not cleaned in six days music from club below owned by hotel on until 2am even after being told on arrival it would finish at 12.30am not even a have you enjoyed your stay when I gave the key back pity really because a little more care and it could a wonderful place to stay

Location in the city is good, staff were friendly and took care of the parking in the area.

I recently stayed at the CAPPO hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the location was convenient, the issues I encountered during my stay greatly impacted my comfort and overall satisfaction. Firstly I must say that the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. They However the bed in my room was incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, which was not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. Despite the issues with the room, the staff made sure to take care of my parking needs and were attentive to my requests. I appreciate their effort in making my stay as comfortable as possible. The most significant issue was the noise from the CAPPO (cocktails and lounge) "chalga" disco below the hotel, was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. This made for a very unpleasant stay. The restaurant/lounge/disco was also really disappointing. Its a shame that its allowed to be smoked inside the establishment. Overall, I would hesitate to recommend the CAPPO hotel based on my experience. While the location may be convenient and the staff friendly, the lack of attention to guests' comfort and well-being is concerning.
