An overall unpleasant experience you should try to avoid if you can!

Suitable location for access to the old town

We were given a different room than what we hd booked - not a twin but double; we were told that the twin room had gone to ‘two men, as they can’t share a bed while two women can’ which was outrageous! We also had to share the bed linen and use a bathroom that was outside the room which was awful as we had to worry about being seen in bath towels etc. There was no shower gel and no hot water, either. We ended up buying things we needed for the room. The bathroom has a musty smell to it. When we wrote to the property to complain no one replied. All on all one of my worst stays ever. Avoid if you can!

Not coming back

Location was good

Breakfast wasn't provided even though it was promised in the advertisement. Furniture was old. They even didn't provide toilet paper which we have to buy ourselves.

Great view but that was the only great thing about the place.

Poor facility management, no staff, breakfast was included but there was no breakfast at the place at all. Rooms were missing basic things like lamp shades.

Pleasant

Location is incredible, by the river, although beware if you go by car, it is a very narrow street, no asfalt, only stones.

Because it is next to the river, there are many bugs. (including a centipede). If there was any way to implement a pest control, it would improve a lot. Bathroom is shared. It says breakfast, I didn't ask for it so it wasn't really a problem, but it is just a guesthouse, so I am not sure where this would be if you pay for it. Overall with a little bit more cleanliness the hotel would be perfect.

a lot of spiders that bite us during the night. we actually thought that the rooms are haunted, cuz we could hear weird sounds on the hallway during the night.

Only good thing was the location

The location is great for exploring the town. And if you don't mind lots of steps

It was stated breakfast was included and there wasn't any. It was stated there would be parking but it was luck if you got a space on the street infront if the hotel. The room smelt like cigarettes and had an ash tray even though the owner told us it was no smoking. We paid for a room with balcony and did not have a balcony. We could see that there were rooms in the hotel with balconies. We tried not to spend too much time in the room and We do not plan to stay here again

Great view but !!!!!

The location and view was excellent.

The staff was nowhere to be seen, rotten wood in the bathroom. The neighbors obviously don't like the hotel being there as our car was covered in hand written stickers telling us to move the car, it was public parking with no restrictions, we wanted to tell the staff but they were nowhere to be seen

The restroom is not ensuite. You should go out to a corridor shared with another room and then lock and non-stop unlock your bathroom. Full of spiders and spider nets.

Not a hotel at all

Good location.

It is not an actual hotel!!! It is rooms rented out in a students dormitory type of facility. Extremely noisy, whenever someone was going out or coming back you could here all the steps, doors being slammed and actual conversation from the other room, it’s like walls were made from paper. We were given a room with no en suite bathroom?!?!? The bathroom was across the hallway so everyone could see you running in your towel only. Where we clearly booked a room with en suite bathroom. The room was tiny. There was a drunk lady in the next room screaming and shouting until 4 AM and as there is NO reception desk and NO receptionist that you can complain to, we almost ended up in a fight in the middle of the night. There was no one in the morning either, after 10 calls with no answer, we just left. Not to mention that we weren’t given any sort of receipt for the money we paid! Our friendly advise - DO NOT STAY AT THIS “HOTEL”

Okay

Located in the old town and with a nice view.

There was no one at reception (if there was a reception at all) and we had to phone in order to get someone to unlock for us. We booked a twin room, but were given a double instead (the person said the twins were full). The bathroom was actually outside of the room. The staff wasn't very welcoming.

Много сме разочаровани!!!

1. не се казва Асеневци, а АсенЮвци. 2. не е хотел, а стаи за гости. 3. нямаше закуска, 4. стаята бе много мръсна: паяци, пайжини. 5. липсват комарници, а е на 50 м от река и има много комари. 6. до самата стена на сградата тече постоянно мръсен канал и мирише много неприятно. 7. терасата на стаята ни бе обща с друга стая. Ако можеше да се откаже резервацията, след като видяхме мръсната стая и да ни се върнат парите, изобщо нямаше да се замислим и да се настаним. Много сме разочаровани!!!

MOST KEZDJ EL KERESNI EGY MÁSIK SZÁLLÁST ! Az ajánlatban az állt, hogy ERKÉLYES szoba REGGELIVEL. Amikor megérkeztünk és bekopogtunk, kijött egy nagyon-nagyon idős hölgy. Mondtuk, hogy mit akarunk. Rábökött a falon egy telefonszámra és felhívatta velünk, majd elkérte a telefont. Ezután bevezetett egy szobába és intette, hogy várjunk. Körülbelül tíz perc múlva jött egy úr, aki a telefonján lévő fordító programon keresztül közölte, hogy tévedés történt, mégsem kapunk erkélyes szobát. Valamint azt is, hogy nincs személyzet, ezért nem tud reggelit adni az ígértek ellenére sem. Ellenben elenged fejenként 3 levát. Ez körülbelül egy csésze kávé ára. Szerintem se konyha, se ebédlő nem volt. Ha lett volna, simán mondhatta volna, hogy itt a vízforraló és csinálj magadnak teát. A szállás díját készpénzben kifizettük. Se számlát se nyugtát nem kaptunk. Ezután bevezetett egy másik szobába, ahol a falra már nem jutott mindenütt tapéta. Konkrétan az ablakpárkányra ragasztó szalaggal volt visszaragasztva, ami levált. A fürdőszoba penészes volt. Az ágydeszka le volt szakadva. Tranzit szállásnak foglaltuk, egy éjszakára. Ott, az adott helyzetben nem volt mit tenni.

Nous n'avons pas eu le petit déjeuner réservé. En fait probablement qu'il n'y a jamais de petits déjeuner de servi. Nous avons du nous débrouiller en dernière minute.

Доволен от цена спрямо качество.

Добра цена, на 15 минути пеша от крепостта Царевец, имаше място за паркиране, климатика. Гледка към река Янтра.

Нямаше мрежи за комари, затова си спахме на климатик в жегата и не отваряхме прозореца през нощта. Имаше малко паяжини на места по тавана. В банята имаше лек мухъл на места по тавана. Трудно паркирахме, но това е заради тесните улици в Търново. Човекът, който ни настани, беше любезен.

❌Банята е в коридора срещу вратата на друга стая, не е споменато в описанието . Нямаше други хора настанени там ( може и да е обща) . Но в случая я ползвахме само ние ,което беше късмет ,но пак си е дискомфорт. ❌Балкона е псевдо такъв , може да стъпи само един човек на него ( аз даже и не опитах ) . Това също не е споменато и няма снимки ,човек да добие представа .
