A wonderful stay in a beautiful city!

My family and I stayed at the ARTE Hotel for a night during our visit to Veliko Tarnovo, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is incredibly comfortable and has a lovely atmosphere. A special thank you to the staff—everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city!

Locaton. Owners friendly, helpful.

Room very dusty, especially floor. Bathroom floor wet as no separate cubicle from toilet. No kettle coffee or tea in room. Not recommended for more than overnight

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with even the smallest request. A highly recommended small hotel right in the centre of Veliko Tarnovo.

A great option for a short tourist stay in Veliko Tarnovo

Locations in Veliko Tarnovo don't come better than this one: exceptional. In the heart of the tourist area, yet having several parking places for guests' cars. Very clean and tidy apartment with 2 bedrooms with a small living room, boasting a comfortable sofa and a working mini-fridge. Working TVs and ACs in all each room. Very comfortable mattresses. Spacious bathroom. Both bedrooms had small balconies. Absolutely great attitude and attentiveness by the staff! The lady at the reception on Friday and Saturday was a gem. There is also an Asian restaurant at the lobby, which we didn't have time for, unfortunately. All in all - a great option for a short tourist stay.

Some punk at the back street had tossed a bottle of cherry juice onto the lid of the neighboring Romanian car during our last night's stay, splattering the liquid onto our car as well. Thank God, no other damages, but pity for the neighbors. :( In what is a very busy area, the noise from the main street (drunken people shouting, motorcycles and cars revving etc.) during evenings and up to the small hours is overwhelming and may not suit families with small children, but I guess it comes with the territory. It wasn't unbearable for us, but if our kid was 1,5 and not 11,5 years old, we might've thought otherwise.

A comfortable, clean hotel in the centre of the historical cultural area. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Easy parking at the hotel.

It would have been good if a kettle and cups were available in the room for making hot drinks outside of cafe opening times, especially in the morning.

Superb

Excellent location, close to the main places to visit. The stuff was more than helpful, gave us tips and even came with us to show us where to park the car. Hotel itself is so spacious and stylish 😎! We stayed in an apartment and it was fantastic. Amazing place

Decent with some potential easy improvements that can be done so to be much better

Staff and support to have a parking place. One member of staff follow us in finding a parking place which is by the way a real challenge in the down town old city.

My room and I believe all the rooms of hotel were very noisy (traffic and 100% of rooms have windows to main road). Not as clean as I could expect (i.e. hair in the fridge), but I would not say neither dirty. Bathroom has no shower tub but just a shower suspended on the wall and water goes everywhere in the bathroom.

The hotel owners and staff were the friendliest and most helpful people possible! Exceptional service. The hotel room looked exactly like it does on the pictures - it was very clean, spacious and light. The hotel location is perfect - you are within short walking distance to all the landmarks and sightseeing places of Turnovo. I would definitely book this hotel again!

Great location in the city center, close to many restaurant and tourist attractions. Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Because it is on the main street it can be a bit noisy at night. No parking available at the property, but we knew that when we made the reservation. There are other parking places in the area.
