Breakfast was a real delight! Coffee machine was fast and reliable, sourdough bread was fresh and delicious, banitsas were homemade, amazing and piping hot. Great yogurt and tasty chia pudding!

Very nice experience right in the middle of the city
We been here just for one night in the weekend. The place is very nice. It is not just accomodation, it is a like a old villa (yet very modern) built in rock. Those who will come here will see some nice details inside. The location is right on the most visited street, very narrow yet they have a proper parking. So no problems with parking aside the street. We enjoyed the room, the breakfast (local cheese, local dried meat, vegetables) and the terrace. If would be to stop again in Veliko, this would be our option again.

A special accommodation with a very tasteful design, I highly recommend it. The exemplary cleanliness and the extremely comfortable bed gave us all the conditions to rest. We also had a delicious breakfast and a quality conversation with the owner of the location. Thank you! ☺️

Veliko Tarnovo's hidden jem!
Let’s start with the staff, because having a warm welcome will most probably kick off an enjoyable stay - from the moment we parked, we felt cared for in a very human and honest way. We had a few pleasant conversations with the people from the hotel about where they would sneak in a city recommendation or two. Last but not least, we were staying at Bridges for a special occasion and their gesture made it exceptional! Apart from that, the building itself is an impressively implemented blend between tradition and modernity, which is in line with the spirit of Veliko Tarnovo and the region. You will be amazed by the slick design, ergonomics, and art everywhere from the common areas to the room itself. Speaking about common areas, the breakfast is excellent - both nutritious and tasty, with a variety that will suit everyone! The room we were in was a gem. Beautiful and spacious with a great sound system and ACs to get the right temperature. The “open” bathroom was definitely a highlight, especially for a romantic stay! Ever since our stay, we’ve been recommending the place like crazy, so it’s only natural to do it here as well - don’t hesitate, you’ll love it and come home with memories to cherish!
