Very good quality, the size of the rooms were aligned with the 3 star standard and it was above expectation. Everything was working well (air conditioning and TV in both rooms, wifi and hot water). Children really appreciate the swimming pool in the court were you can also have some drinks from the restaurant. The breakfast was different for the two days and it was typical bulgarian: we really appreciate it. For a longer stay I would also recommend the appartement which is a bit more expensive but worth it as there are two floors and a small kitchen. We would definitively go back there for a new stay in the future!

Honestly nothing regarding the property and the quality. A little point for improvement could be to have some more places to put the stuff in the bathroom, like perfume, deodorant, electric toothbrush, we kept these stuffs in the rooms and it was ok for us. Another concern which is not the owner's fault, is the property is near a road and even in a village, some people thinks they are on a race and accelerate fast. I would recommend the hotel's owners to ask Arbanassi administration to add another bumper nearer the hotel (there is one at around 200 meters down but not enough IMHO).

Locația este situată într-un sat tradițional bulgăresc, foarte aproape de Veliko Târnovo. Zona este liniștită și oferă multe facilități, printre care și o piscină exterioară de notă 10. Personalul este foarte amabil și fac tot posibilul să-ți asigure un sejur minunat. Mâncarea a fost foarte bună. Noi am încercat câteva opțiuni din meniu cu specific bulgăresc. Camerele sunt exact ca în imaginile din prezentarea pensiunii.

Camera curată și foarte călduroasă. Mobilier de bun gust. Totul nou. Mâncarea bună la restaurant.

Nu exista niciun scaun/fotoliu/măsuță în camera, lucru incomod de vreme ce tot dulapul era ocupat de perne și paturi. Dușul nu este separat cu nimic de restul băii, drept urmare se udă toată podeaua ( aspect vizibil în poze, dar nu am fost suficient de atentă). Însă micul dejun chiar e de râsul lumii - 3 felii de french toast, gem, 2 felii de cașcaval și 3 felii de felii de cremvurst prăjite nu se califică drept mic dejun. Iar faptul că toată lumea fumează in restaurant, inclusiv personalul, chiar nu e acceptabil. Toate astea la 100 euro pe noapte.
