Nice Spa, very nice location and view to the mountain and Veliko Tarnovo.
Rooms are a little outdated and would benefit from refurnishing, they are clean though.

The staff were great, the SPA was good, the location is comfortable.
We had an occasion and they might have given us a better room, but the one we had was okay.

Good location, comfortable bed, good breakfast
We booked because it was a spa hotel, we have never been to one with such limited opening times for the pool etc, so we actually didn't manage to use it. The times on the door didn't match the times we were told by staff

The room does not correspond to the room and the pictures on Booking.
The soap support in the bathroom was completely rusted.
The guy in the reception was with a 1 week beard and a t-shirt barely taking care of the clients.
