Great stay for a special occasion

The staff were great, the SPA was good, the location is comfortable.

We had an occasion and they might have given us a better room, but the one we had was okay.

Good location, comfortable bed, good breakfast

We booked because it was a spa hotel, we have never been to one with such limited opening times for the pool etc, so we actually didn't manage to use it. The times on the door didn't match the times we were told by staff

I would no repeat the experience with this hotel

The room does not correspond to the room and the pictures on Booking. The soap support in the bathroom was completely rusted. The guy in the reception was with a 1 week beard and a t-shirt barely taking care of the clients.

Cozy family hotel with a stunning view

Friendly and helpful reception. Quick response to our questions. Incredible location with a great view! The cozy spa area and especially the outdoor pool were impressive. We stayed in an apartment with a mountain view - I recommend it!

The hotel has apparently made some improvements and that's good. However, the carpet in the room was a minus. We also wondered if the air conditioning in the room would be enough in the hotter weather..

Perfect location, very nice and quite hotel. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Nice swimming pools.

Disappointed stay

Quiet and convenient location

The outdoor swimming pool was out off use. Indoor spa facilities opening from 1 pm and you need to ask the staff to open it. Very basic breakfast. Not good value for money.Will not recommend or return.

Very nice

The position is one of the best in Arbanassi, with just a few properties having view towards Veliko Tarnovo from above, and this was the main criteria we choose this location. We had maybe the room with the best view and biggest balcony. The breakfast was good enough, the pool very nice and clean, and large parking. The place is very quiet as the whole Arbanassi village.

- the mattress are just awful, with a hole in the middle probably because they are old. Need to be changed ASAP - the third bed in the room (extendable sofa) kind of old, uncomfortable and making noises. - a broken chair on the balcony - the room needs a little repairs as there were some bumps on wall corners - some soft covers/mattresses for the pool beds would be nice

Nice location but hot room and noisy neighbour's

The location is nice with views of the mountains in the distance and Veliko Tarnovo. The spar facilities and pools were clean and a pleasure to use (once available). The food was a good standard for the prices and the serving staff were courteous and friendly.

We arrived about 20 minutes early and after being given the keys we asked that the spar facilities be available around 14:30. The written opening time was 13:00 - 18:00 so we didn't think this was much to ask for. Once we arrived at the spar the steam room and infrared sauna were not on. The reception desk at the spar was not manned but it said any issues dial 9 and ask for assistance. We dialed 9 numerous times with no answer so eventually we went to the hotel main reception and asked for assistance. Eventually someone arrived and turned them on and said it will be ready in about 15 minutes. This was not a good start to our relaxing day. (I personally think there should be a safety person in the spar area at all times due to the area having swimming pools etc.) The rooms stated soundproofing but we unfortunately had very noisy neighbour's in the next room who decided to bang around, laugh and joke until way past 2am. (Not the hotels fault but maybe a no noise protocol after say 11pm would prevent this in the future.) The room had a fan but not aircon so we had a very (warm) bad night with the noise and not being able to open the door to cool the room as the next room guests were making a noise which would of made it even louder in our room. Just glad I packed earplugs as I might of left the hotel at 2am in the morning as we were very stressed.

Nice location and spa

The Spa was very nice. The water in the swimming pools was very clean; it also has 3 saunas. The view from the hotel is amazing

-The hotel could be much better with a good manager. The rooms are not clean, bed sheets same, mattress old; they did not clean or chamge towels in our 3 days stay -Breakfast very basic

Great experience for families with kids.

The reception personnel was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good, tasty, and the waiters very kind. Kids enjoyed the pools mostly, as one of them had warm water. Overall, a great experience for families.

The views are great. The SPA area was nice and always ready to use during its working hours. The stuff are very nice. The size of the room and its terrace were good. Parking is available on site.

The breakfast was very modest. The SPA area is generally clean but it would be better if the steam room gets cleaned more often. The area is very quiet but unfortunately the hotel rooms lack soundproofing. One could hear every noise from the neighbour rooms.

Gently - satisfying

The location is beautiful, with great view. The hotel is clean and quiet. The room is big. The stuff is good. Breakfast good, quite diversified. Spa and relax zone - ok.

We do not like the beds matress because it's old and used; we didn't rest much. Sanitarary installations ( in the room and at the spa) are old and broken; showers and showers heads are old and broken.
