Not suitable for winter time and there is NO parking.

The location and that it was rather clean.

I cannot speak about the other rooms, but the one we stayed at turned out to be a literal GARAGE which was impossible to heat up during the winter day that we visited the city. Once we arrived the AC was turned on, but probably just minutes ago and the room was freezing cold, especially all of the walls and floor. We left the AC at the maximum temperature, 30 degrees, but during our whole stay, the room did not end up heating up enough and basically we were freezing during our whole stay. In addition, if you read the location description, it claims that it has a parking included which is a TOTAL LIE. Once they send you the check in information, they just inform you that you can park on a nearby paid parking or on the street, for which you should also pay on working days. Another kind detail was the fact that there was not enough toilet paper, in the bathroom there was one roll which was almost over when we arrived, and the place where we were supposed to find a replacement, contained just one additional roll in the same condition. To be able to do our basic needs upon arriving, we pretty much had to go out and buy toilet paper ourselves. Finally, as it is a garage, you can fully hear everything that happens on the street 24/7, cars passing by, etc. If noises affect you while you are trying to skip, it is something you can also keep in mind.

It’s smaller than on the pictures; was hard to find, noisy street (cannot keep the window open); super thin walls (you could hear your neighbors). No AC in the sleeping room, living room without window (wagon type).

For transit it's just perfect!

Very Nice everything! The room is clean, good quality furniture, the bathroom is clean and tidy! We recomand 100%!

The location of the rooms is right in front of the street and the noise is loud even late in the evening, for example we arrived around 12 in the evening and was just annoing how loud it was, and early in the morning it starter, maybe it was also during the night but we were ții tired ți notice. You can't leave the window open for fresh air because of the noise.

The apartment seems recently renovated, it is very clean and close to the center. We really liked it and will most likely come back. It is really noisy in the evening but that is not the owner's problem, there are quite a few motorbikes and noisy cars passing by at night and it is annoying.

As for the minuses we found at the location, they would be the pillows, which are not exactly comfortable and the lack of a shower screen or curtain. The water goes into half the bathroom and it is a bit uncomfortable especially if you are going with a child.

It's a nice and cheap place to stay if you plan on visiting the city. In the center.

The rooms were well renovated and had anything you might need during your holiday. Very clean and has a nice garden.

The bedroom had a nice door to the balcony, which unfortunately couldn't be opened. Probably the outside balcony wasn't renovated or safe(the wooden floor seemed like the main reason for it being closed). We would have loved to see the main street through it.

The location is awesome, right near the best restaurants in the region. Very nice renovated old building and extremely helpful host. It gives a good vibe.

The building being old you can hear the squeaky stairs from the living room. The living room is a little dark, as it has no window.

The room was very clean, spacious and exactly in the center, close to everything. Very friendly staff and the price was very reasonable as well.

The noise from the cars was a bit loud even at night. Moreover, when you took a shower all the bathroom was getting wet because there wasn't any protective glass or something.

self check-in - difficult because I didn't receive the check-in details via sms, I had to call the host and wait 15 minutes for him to answer me and provide us the box number and the pin code for the key
