Good location and serviceable for a two day visit.

Handily located between old and new areas… and, while a solid walk to the train station, it was mostly downhill (double check first which is the best way).

Interesting shower arrangements meant the bathroom got entirely wet - but got used to it.

Great location and comfy beds, interesting shower.

The location was really good and the beds were comfy. In the breakfast hall we could see lots of historical photographs. The staff was very helpful. We asked them about ironing and about directions and more, and they were responsive and nice.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the bathroom layout overall was a bit strange. The shower was right over the toilet and there was no place to put your clothes or anything in the shower which was inconvenient.

Everything was excellent. The receptionist moved his car so we could park near the hotel. He was very helpful with directions also. The location was great, near the old city, the monument and the fortress.

The breakfast wasn’t good, as we had only two choices, and asking for more was impossible. The location was good, and we could reach the city center on foot. The room was smelly, and the whole night it was filled with the smell of cigarettes, which made it hard to sleep as we are very sensitive to this. The bathroom was a disaster — the toilet took a long time to refill and made a lot of noise. The shower had no barrier from the toilet, so even a short shower meant water everywhere, and we had to dry it constantly.

The location of this hotel is the best. It is great to start an old town and the Ashen Square is very close. I had a cup of coffee while looking at Ashen Square and the bridge, which is because the location of the hotel was very good. Most of all, the breakfast was delicious and the yogurt was especially palatable. .... The best thank you... I want to say to the hotel staff. All the front desk staff were kind. They printed plane tickets, washed T-shirts for free, and answered many questions kindly. I am especially grateful to MARINEEA. She carried my heavy luggage twice during my check-in and check-out. Thank you very much. And when I called a taxi to go to the bus terminal, the female hotel staff with short hair and glasses greeted me very carefully and kindly when I took the taxi. The female staff at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and this hotel deserved 10 points. If I visit Velicoternovo next time, I will definitely come back here again

It was all fine!

The hotel location is excellent ... the room was comfortable - though sometimes a bit noisy as it was just below the reception area, so when guests came in late it was quite noisy. Breakfast was an additional cost - and was OK.

Very central and reasonably convenient if arriving by train

The room was a modest size but with a comfortable double bed. The breakfast was part buffet and part served and was very good.

I'm not a big fan of wet room style shower/wc rooms, particularly if they are not large and without a shower curtain that can limit splashing. A coffee refill at breakfast would have been nice.

Good choice for a quick stop in the town

- Excellent location - Easy parking - Was available to book last minute - Clean - Quiet

- Looks a bit worn out (but for the price this is probably OK) - Staff was friendly but they appear very casual (not an issue but if you want to improve - that’s a tip) - For a longer stay I wouldn’t say this is a comfortable place

A great place to stay in Turnovo

We took a bigger room for us and the toddler, it was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious!

The only thing which was uncomfortable was the air conditioner. We visited during the hottest days of the summer and we needed the air conditioner on for the night. It didn't have a night mode and was placed just next to the bed, making it impossible to sleep if it's turned on, as the air flow was coming straight to the heads.

Comfortable room, well appointed, fridge, nice lighting, they looked after my bags when I arrived early, breakfast was adequate and prepared to order. Location was fair for VT's attractions and very convenient for buses to and from the rail or bus stations.

Good hotel in the centre of Tarnovo.

Great location and check in member of staff was very friendly and helpful. I had lots of heavy luggage, but as there is no lift and the room was on the third floor it was a struggle, but the girl on the desk helped me carry them upstairs.

Good value for money with a decent breakfast included. On a quite side street off the city center.

The sidewalks on the side street are difficult for the suitcase. The shower is next (on top of) of the toilet with a curtain to prevent the water from overflowing. It was functional but not expected.

small cozy hotel near veliko tirnovo center

the house is nice, the room is big, with a small balcony with street view the breakfast is good, you can pick from several on the menu

the bathroom is weird, the shower is in the middle, and the toilet behind it . it is difficult to shower and it makes a lot of water everywhere in the bathroom. there are no umbrellas to borrow on a rainy day, the parking is difficult, there are very few places with paid parking so difficult to find also there is no elevator up to third floor so have to be careful if there's a lot of luggage

The room was big and the bed also.Good location,in the centre of the city.

They only have 3 parking spaces and even though i specially requested one for our car,so it would not get towed,none was reserved for us,,and we had to park on the street.
