Good stay in veliko

Great location, in the city center. The breakfast was good, there was some variety. The staff was nice. The parking, which is very rare in city center. It is pet friendly, no taxes. Good value for money.

It it definitely not a 4 star hotel. It seems like rooms have not been renovated since the opening. The furniture and the carpeted floors are old, the fridge barely working. You can see the old age yellow colour on things like outlets in the room. It was also not very clean, the carpet is barely vacuumed just in the center of the room, dust on every edge of furniture, mirrors not clean, bed frame, etc. The room feels like it was cleaned only superficially for a long time. In the bathroom the doors to the shower were almost falling, we could not move to close them, and the were also some moldy spots.

An excellent hotel, central, but quiet

I was given a room with a wonderful view over the city. The room was large, spacious, clean and even had a sauna in it. There was a lift to get up there. The setting of the hotel is central to all the sites, but just off the main road, and therefore beautifully quiet. Breakfast was a generous buffet to accommodate all tastes and styles. This was the best hotel I have stayed in in Bulgaria. Thank you

It was our annual stay in Veliko Tarnovo... we come to this hotel every time... we thank Mr. BOYAN KOLEV who is the soul of this wonderful hotel... a lot of peace, private parking, friendly staff... the hotel is located in the center of the old town, 3 minutes from the main street, the area with shops and restaurants... I recommend the EGO restaurant... we will always come back with pleasure...

Two nights in Veliko Tirnovo

This is the best position for those who seeking city life.Veliko Tirnovo is so diverse, that Premier is a hotel easy to everywhere. The reception very welcoming ,little bar and breakfast in the morning. Very basic, but enough. The coffee is very good .Because still not season the pool was empty. The view from my windows was fantastic and I make a lot of photos. The room was spacious and clean ,the bathroom us well.

No any facilities in the room to make coffee or tea.I travel a lot and never happen to me in 4 stars hotel ,the situation like this.

The terrace was closed between 6 pm iand 20 am f you wanted to drink something after 6 you didn't have where , also if you wanted to smoke you had to go in front of the hotel if you did not had balcony to your room.

The location is excellent

The apartment has been furnished 30 years ago and not changed nothing. There was dust on the furniture. A terrace where you can enter and literally fall as was under construction. The floor was not clean neither. Breakfast is very small as option and not good quality. Overall not a 4* for sure

The staff was very nice, the pool and the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay.

The swiming pool has only 6 sunbeds wich are always taken. One of the room had a noise and a smell but they were very helpful and changed the room.

The location was quite convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the entrance of Tsarevets.

The interior is a little old and tired. I was assured by the staff during booking that the hotel is in a quiet area. Unfortunately that was not the case completely. If there are noisier guests in adjacent rooms, you would hear it. You could also hear some cars passing by on the main street, even though the hotel is not located there directly. I was not impressed with the breakfast, but it was fair enough.
