Location, staff.
No on site attendant. All working out well but some challenges at the end including ending up at the wrong bus terminal. Not particularly hotel’s responsibility but easier if there was staff there to provide help/ guidance.

Great location. Beautiful room overlooking the main street. Powerful AC.
Wi-Fi was slow in the room. There is just one old Wi-FI router in the lobby. It can easily be fixed by getting a new router or putting range extenders in the room. I had to go out and make video call in the lobby. From the room it was impossible. Another annoyance was that the code to main entry wasn't sent in time so I had to wait out side and try to call them email them (those were frustrating 10 mins).

Very nice apartment, with free tea and coffee facilities. Location was superb. Correspondence with staff was perfect on way to apartment. Overall really good but read the negative.
Apparently the bar below has new management and loud dance music was playing till 4am so didnt get an ounce of sleep. Messaged the hotel through booking.com messages several times throughout the night and early hours to complain about the music.
