Disappointing. Can't believe the reveiews.

The location is great and the showers were functional.

There's a bar/club right below the rooms. At night, the bass from the music literally shakes the walls until 3 AM. Very difficult to sleep. There were cigarette burns on the couch, stains on the carpet, and the smoke alarm had plastic taped over it (people smoked inside the room).

We left after one week as we got fed up of struggling. Towels and bins need to be done daily.

The room was tidy and good size. Comfortable bed and bathroom good.

The room never got any sunshine, felt isolated from the outside ambience. The towels did not get changed for days nor bins emptied daily. No one ever on the info desk for help. Lounge on different floor with no water supply for kettle there.

A very beautiful, touristic city, with beautiful attractions

Centrally located, 5 minutes walk from the town center - pubs and restaurants area. Large, spacious, very clean location Very easy to get to by car Very good value for money considering the accommodation conditions and location

The room we had - room 6 - had 2 "velux" type windows (in the ceiling) on which the light protections could not be pulled (in the morning the light was slightly disturbing. Also, the ventilation of the room was not very efficient - quite hot in the room ... even for the beginning of May (probably during the summer the heat can be disturbing, even with the air conditioning on) There are only 3-4 public parking spaces in front of the location, usually full. And other parking spaces can be found - depending on availability and luck - even 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

I liked that rooms have codes instead of cards or keys which makes the check in seamless and you don’t have to carry it all around the city. The staff was very responsive, I called them twice before checking in and they were helpful.

Excellent value for money without compromising on comfort

- This is a really convinient solution for short-term stay - Room size was great - Bathroom was very convinient - There is a coffee machine in the lobby

- For anyone who cares about noise - since located on the main street, there is some noise from the traffic, especially in the evening

Fantastic location and value for money

The room was surprisingly spacious, I thought it would be smaller from the photos. Very simple and clean layout. It's perfect for a short stay. Location is superb as its very near the historical part of the town, and also near the business centre of Veliko Turnavo.

Location is excellent, balcony view over the busy street was cool, beds were comfortable. Helpful staff when we had an issue with the AC. Generally clean (but see remark).

A few too many cobwebs in the high corners of the room.

totally waist of money. I was for one night , couldn’t sleep at all. it was too noisy.

the beds are very comfy and it was really clean

the walls are very thin and we heard lots of noises from the hall and from our neighbors who had a little child.
