Don’t get baited by the central location.

It was located in the very center of the city

It was right above a döner place and we couldn’t sleep all night, because of it. Constant noises of cars and people from the street, talking loud, music from cars and screams of drunk people, enjoying their döners after a night out. The room itself was not bad, but the bed was tilted on one side and you had the constant feeling of falling off.

No sleep so very disappointed

We stayed on Thursday 26 of January every thing was ok then we stayed Saturday 28 January we where awake most of the night due to a dog barking and crying all night went to reception man just shrugged his shoulders nothing he can do would stay again as it’s normally a good hotel but would request no dogs by my room

Very disappointing - everything was dirty and smelled very bad.

The hotel is located in the center.

The reception staff, an older person - is not friendly and does not know English. The room I received did not exist in the presentation pictures and besides it was very dirty, everything smelled of smoke and mold and the bed was stained, dust on the furniture and the bathroom unhygienic. Although the entire room, including the reception, was very dirty, we insisted on getting another room because it was late and we needed to sleep, but we failed to understand each other and he behaved aggressively (money was taken from us at the time of reservation). We didn't sleep in this location, we left the key on the bed and had to continue on our way because we couldn't find another available accommodation in Veliko for one night. Very disappointing experience, this is not a Hotel, nor hostel, nor accommodation - it should not be rented out until they renovate the rooms. P.s - you can't find parking at the location, everything is full and for a fee.

Right in the city center. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Paid parking right in front of the hotel.
