Good location and relationship price and quality

The jacuzzi was not turned on and filled with water so we were not able to use it.

There were hairs on the carpet, the website advertised available air conditioners (there are some), but there was no remote control left for it. There was a small stove left, the shower curtain had not been replaced with a new one, the mattress was old and uncomfortable,The TV remote was also missing.the bath towels smelled of cigarette smoke

Everything, mushrooms in the bathroom, beds are not real beds and very unconfortable, almost impossible to sleep on it and painful. Everything was dirty. I really don t recommand going there.

The location and the building itself was ok

If I could give it zero stars I would. Advertised with parking - no parking available Shower head was broken and the bathroom would flood The electricity was bot working and staff was rude Massively overpriced for what it is Giant whole/mould on the ceiling in room 31 Blood on the mattress, old uncomfortable mattresses, blood on the pillowcases, bedsheets ware small so you would end up sleeping on that filth I think it was not hoovered for a year it was so dirty in the corners on the ground. I definitely want a refund

Pleasant

Hotel is on a great position, near the Castle Tsarevetz.

Room must be payed in advanced, before you see the room. I have payed room with ac, but ac didnt work.. Staff told me thah can happen sometimes and there is nothing they can do about it except i can get refund and go search another hotel.. It was 21 o clock in the evening..i got the feeling that the staff is very unfriendly, and dont care about guests at all..

Uncomfortable and not updated

The location was good.

I don’t know how this place has good reviews. In advance I thought I ordered a city or other nice view for the room (because that is what it says), but it was defenitely not a nice view (as pictured) When entering the room, it smelled bad. Luckily the AC worked and made the smell go away. Then for the shower, there was one door missing so everything could get wet. And the showerhead didn’t work properly. As for sleeping… there is no matresscover just a simple sheet on top of a matress (as seen in pictures). And the blanket that I had to share with my boyfriend, was so small. Now the cherry on the pie. As I locked the room and walked downstairs to handle the check out (done in a minute. A lady screamed “the room is clean” and the lady in front of us yelled back “but they just gave us the key”. Goes to show how well they clean 😉

Cozy with fantastic views!

Very close to some nearby small museums and the main attractions - smack dab in the tourist part of the city. Most rooms have a wonderful view of the landscape or the city, or both. Clean and simple, with comfortably small rooms.

The shower was a small issue, as it had no shower head holder nor a shower curtain the entire bathroom got rather wet. And the floor often stayed wet due to the floor not being angled towards a drain.

Неочаквана ваканция

Местоположението е прекрасно, на няколко минути /пешеходно разстояние/ от Царевец, от музеи и редица забележителности, близо до магазини и ресторанти. На тиха, малка калдаръмена уличка, срещу библиотеката. Хотелът не е луксозен, но и не би трябвало да се очаква, предвид цената. Спретнат,с високо необходимо за бюджетно и приятно изживяване. Стаята - икономична двойна - не беше голяма, но в нея имаше всичко, вкл. тоалетни принадлежности, чисти кърпи за баня, дори сешоар и минибар. Имаше и телевизор, но не ни остана време за гледане.:) Завесите бяха достатъчно тъмни и плътни, за да не блести слънцето върху леглото. Матракът също беше удобен. Мебелите не са нови, но са здрави, има гардероб, чекмеджета, шкафчета...Фоайето е просторно, с маси и столове, удобно. Въпреки че бяхме по работа в града, успяхме и пълноценно да си починем .Собственичката, Снежа, е приятна и любезна дама, много общителна. Вечерта преди датата на резервацията ни, се свърза с нас и обясни подробно как най-лесно да стигнем до хотела. Паркира се свободно на улицата. Предполагам, че при изрична молба от страна на гостите, дори би могла да запази място. Цената е повече от приемлива за условията /бяхме се настроили за стая в къща с хазаи, а не за хотел/.Има дори малка спа зона с джакузи и сауна. Само надникнахме вътре, защото не си носихме бански. Беше доста топло, въпреки че беше доста късно вечерта. Със сигурност ще отсядаме тук и занапред!

Липсваше ни една кафемашина вътре, но все пак имаше такава на няколко метра.

Разочарование и една провалена почивка

Единственото добро се оказа местоположението.

Първоначално ни дадоха стая на която тавана от гипсокартон имаше дупка от теч от покрива от която капеше вода в кошче в средата на стаята. Отидох до рецепцията ,а жената ми каза с учудване "А ма то още ли капе......" Даде ни друга стая . но в стаята на децата също имаше проблем с тавана ,но там не капеше вода. На вторият ден попитахме дали можем да използваме джакузито и сауната ,но рецепционистката ни каза ,че не можем защото водата от язовир Йовковци била мръсна . Като че ли не са чували за пречистване на водата и филтрираща система . Попитах, а защо е обявено като екстра която може да се ползва ми отговори че собственика се занимавал и тем подобни глупости. Наложи се да ползваме СПА ЦЕНТЪРА НА ДРУГ ХОТЕЛ . ТЕЛЕВИЗОРА БЕШЕ КАТО Юнус от 93 та ,но без дистанционно и с усилен звук . Не разбирам хора който имат изградено джакузи и сауна да не я предлагат като екстра защото водата била мръсна , а от нея пие цяло Велико Търново. Съвършена глупост. А самият град е със завишени цени на всичко и разчита явно само на уикенд туристи от Румъния .Жалко Бил съм в доста градове ,но не бих препоръчал Велико Търново за дълги почивки . качил съм снимки като коментар на страницата на хотела . За жалост не мога на предам миризмата . Аз исках да си тръгнем на вторият ден ,но съпругата ми ме разубеди .

Не си заслужава

Местоположението на хотела и това, че се намери едно място за паркиране пред него. Имаше сешоар в банята.

Стаята беше "напоена" с миризма на цигари, въпреки, че беше отворено през цялото време. Мокетът все едно,че е бил навън за ползване, а не вътре.
