Excellent facilities and location. I’ve stayed a few times here and it’s always a 10/10 experience.

Modern, comfortable apartment, great location!

This is a really nice apartment with a great kitchen that is very well outfitted. The dishwasher and washing machine are great to have. We were happy to have soaps, paper towels, vinegar and oils, teas and espresso all provided. The bed is comfy and large. Shower is fully enclosed. The location is great, in Kapana and near the pedestrian boulevard and many of the ancient sites.

We really liked this place, would suggest less scent in the cleaning products and tissue.

Boutique character versus Comfort

Undeniably, the owners/staff are committed to make the guests stay as nice as possible. Considering only the position of the citadel (town’s top tourist objective), the location is very good. The travellers with poor physical condition should consider that the guest house is at the foot of the hill and they will have to climb a lot to reach the main street. The room is very large, the size of flat (really). The television cable has a lot of Bulgarian channels and international channels (dubbed in Bulgarian).

It is a boutique accomodation and there are copies of small statues, designer coffee tables and armchairs, but the comfort was neglected. Two windows have no curtains, so in the morning the sunlight is flooding the room, and, in the night, there is light from the street post. There is no light switch near the bed, so, in order to switch off the general light, you have to get up, walk five metres, switch off and return to bed. Th bathroom needs refurbishment. There is nothing around the shower area, not even a curtain. Also, there is no towel rack near the shower, so you have to walk wet two metres to get a shower.

We enjoyed how big the room was, and the modern and elegant look! Everything was spotless. The only suggestion would be to add a cleaning mop in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect, the communication with the host was perfect and helped us to find the correct house. Beds are suuuper comfy! not far from the center walking, and the studio is HUGE! with everything you need, wish we stayed more! Thanks for everything again, hope to see you soon.

The initial impression upon entering is of the apartment's remarkable spaciousness. Its modern decoration exudes sophistication. Conveniently located within the old town, it stands in close proximity to the fortress, nestled in a tranquil area. Additionally, the apartment offers free parking. Loved our stay!

The host was lovely and very accommodating. It looks like the place wasn't too full this weekend, we booked a double room, but they moved us into a bigger one free of charge, which was very nice of them! The beds were comfy, the room was huge and had everything we needed. Very cozy and uniquely decorated.

The wi-fi was very slow, it looks like it didn't reach the room well. The other down side was just for me, as the place is near the city center, but you had to climb a lot to reach it (issue for me, as I am 7m pregnant), otherwise it's very doable and not that bad, just something to keep in mind. But it is super close to Tsarevets :)

We booked two double rooms, but they gave us full apartments. What a nice surprise, the rooms were HUGE. Actually I have never slept in a bigger room.

Everything, the nice size room, the AC that works great, the English news and wild animal channels, the cleanliness. The town is beautiful too.

Google direction took us to a small and bumpy road to get to the backside of the house. I recommend the host update that address to the larger road for easier driving.

Short stay

The room we had was really big and spacious and nicely decorated , the host who lives on site was very helpful and friendly lady . They offer free coffee from the machine in reception throughout the day . There is a nice courtyard at the front to relax in . You can park directly on the street outside the property .Would stay again when in the area.

Our go to place when we go to Tarnovo now

The fact that it accepted all kinds of animals, it had a backyard where our dog could run. It was extremely near the old center of Tarnovo and the people at the hotel were amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming!

Very large rooms in a very unusual but comfy and special building. Excellent communication with the staff and very supportive in accommodating us.

The shower area in the bathroom needs refurbishing. Shall be no big deal but with a huge visual impact on guests.

Excellent location

Excellent location, the host was smiling and checking us in early. The apartment together with 2 double rooms have a private garden with a barbeque and private parking. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. We will definitely come back! 🥰 .
