Exceptional staff, really kind and helpful. Gave us complementary drinks due to it being New Years, and made us feel like home. Room was very clean and warm, breakfast was satisfactory and location is perfect, 3 min walk to Tsarevets.

Didn't have hairdryer in the bathroom. Also, double bed had a separation and it is uncomfortable for a couple to sleep close next to each other since there is a gaping hole between the two mattresses.

Walking Distance to Tsaravets Fortress, Peaceful and wonderful staff

Away from The hustle and bustle of Veliko Tarnovo but possible to walk all over. This small hotel was comfortable, clean and the double rooms had a balcony facing the forest. TV, mini fridge and coffee provided on request. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to help especially with bus transport and taxi booking and also provided breakfast to go since I was leaving early

The TV was too small. Also a larger mirror would be nice in the room. Also missing was a floor mat in the bathroom. Breakfast was very basic

Decent for the price

Room was spacious enough and clean. The beds were comfortable. They have boilers for hot water that last for 2 quick showers. Multiple WIFI spots to cover all the rooms and dining area. The view from the balcony was nice. Dining area also has some tables outside for fresh air and sun.

Some of the rooms had faulty AC units that couldn't heat the room. Not a lot of options for breakfast, but it gets the job done for short stays.

Good location, alright for a single night stay

Great staff and very easy check-in. The location is quite good near most of the main spots. The room we got was 2 separate rooms within the unit, great for more adults traveling. The parking is just in front of the place and not crowded so you'll find a spot.

There is no WiFi, the whole place is lacking many facilities one would like. Not even a hair dryer. The room was a bit smelly, hot all the time even with the fan on and it was not cleaned properly.

Nice place to stay if you don't care about the bed comfortness or you don`t suffer from back pain

It is an older hotel with large rooms, very close to the city center. I can say it gives you the feeling of the late early 00`s. Place is quiet, large rooms, nothing to comment on that

The mattress was just terrible. They are really used or old or cheap. I cannot say. Dear Hotel Terazini. You have a nice hotel there with great location. Just do some investments and replace the mattresses

the hotel WIFI was patchy - I guess the signal was not strong enough in the rooms and it kept disconnecting. We didn't like the dark decor much .. and the hotel would be prettier with more photos/pictures and other bits that make places cosier:)

Administrtor didn't tell breakfest available till 10am only and I left without paid breakfest. Receptionist made me a tea and gave milk for crunches left, but it was confusing experience
