Good value in a great location.

Could not rate staff as we never met anyone during our stay. The location was great. Room was good and breakfast was good. We received good instructions in a timely manner for getting into the hotel and room.

It was a little odd never seeing anyone affiliated with the hotel during our stay.

Clean, great views, good breakfast, they found us a good parking spot in a city with few parkings. Close to castle and in a good location. big room, big bathroom. Staff super friendly.

Everything was top-notch. We had a wonderful stay at The Hill and we will definitely be back!

Excellent service! The hotel has an elevator and really nice and clean rooms, with a super comfortable big bed, tv, fridge, air conditioning, a nice desk is you need to work and - the cherry on top - a spectacular view over the Tsarevets and Trapezitsa (especially at sunset, when the light is great for pictures)! We had room 305, at the second floor. Breakfast is served at the sky cafe, at the 3rd floor, which has big glass windows and a panoramic view. The location is great (in the center of the town), close to the restaurants and markets. The stuff is very friendly and accommodating. Niko (the owner) was truly helpful, he gave us a map of the city and explained to us everything we needed to know. Don't hesitate to ask him about things to do in Veliko Tarnovo.

מקום מושלם להעביר בו את הלילה היחס, ניקיון והנוחות מומצלים מאוד!

הגענו למקום יום קודם להזמנה שלנו (בגלל טעות מצידנו), המלון קיבל אותנו בברכה. למלון יש נוף מרהיב לטירה (במיוחד בערב אחרי הדקלת התאורה)! החדרים גדולים ומרווחים, המיטות נעימות. החדר היה שקט למרות שפנה לרחוב. ארוחת הבוקר היא בדיוק מה שמצפים לו עם מבחר טוב(גם הילדים אכלו טוב). תמורה מלאה+ למחיר. קרוב גם למקומות הבילוי. מקום מושלם להעביר בו לילה או שניים!

Amplasarea aproape de cetate

Nu am putut să dormim deloc, în seara de sâmbătă deasupra la camera noastră era restaurantul și ei au ținut o petrecere unde s-a dansat și chiuit până dimineață! Pur și simplu nu a răspuns nimeni la recepție și-au bătut joc de tot hotelul!!!! Nu recomand aceta mizerie de hotel.

Хотелът се намира на комуникативно място. Служителите са приветливи и услужливи, съдействат при допълнителни въпроси. Условията за настаняване са много добри - има асансьор за предвижване по етажите, матраците са удобни. Закуската е богата и вкусна, а гледката от Sky bar, обхваща Царевец и Трапезица. Ще посетим отново!

Имахме малко затруднение с паркирането, но със съдействие на служителите на хотела, го преодоляхме.

Tolle Lage, große Zimmer, Frühstück - alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht

Sehr gute Lage, alles per Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, insbesondere bei der Parkplatzsuche. Sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Veranstaltungen erhalten. Das Frühstück wurde extra für uns vorbereitet und die Zeit mit uns abgestimmt, da wir auch die einzigen Gäste waren. Es war alles frisch und lecker und mit toller Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum. Die Zimmer selbst sind außergewöhnlich groß, etwas hellhörig aber bei dem tollen Ausblick ist das auch schnell vergessen. Nachts fahren kaum Autos auf der Straße, somit ist es doch recht ruhig.

Kleine Bemerkung, uns hat es aber nicht sonderlich gestört - die Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Duschgel und Shampoo sind in kleinsten Plastikverpackungen vorhanden , nicht mehr zeitgemäß und für einen einzigen Duschvorgang gerade so ausreichend.

Un oras frumos si o cazare ok

Locatia este bine plasata, chiar langa Castelul Tsarevets, la vreo 200 m de intrare. Micul dejun a fost destul de saracacios ca produse, dar aveai ce sa mananci: branza, cascaval, salam, omleta, branza topita, croisant, gem, unt, cafea si ceai. Camera spatioasa, cu un pat matrimonial si 2 paturi de cate 1 pers intr-un intrand. Salteaua insa a fost pe gustul meu, adica moale.

Camera fiind la strada, era un zgomot de la traficul rutier, care nu prea era estompat de geamurile termopan si aveai impresia ca esti afara pe balcon, dar noaptea nu prea este circulatie auto.
