Spotless

The location, the reception staff, the hygiene, the fact that the hotel seems to have been renewed recently, very fresh looking.

Very clean and well organized place

Our rooms were ready a couple of hours before the check in - so we checked in early without extra fee. The room was clear, wide and with enought light. Bath was big enough - equiped with all the needed stuff. As a bonus there was a parking lot available in the underground parking - which was perfect for our stay.

Deceiving booking

The location s convenient, but that's about it.

The room was on the forth floor and there is no elevator! The windows were tiny / 15 inches high/ and you need to call in order for them to switch on the AC. They send me email after I reserved NONREFUNDABLE room on Booking.com to warn me that the room has very small windows and no elevator. Why wasn't that in the description? On top of that breakfast was not included!

Superb

Modern hotel, we had a spacious room with a balcony. The bathroom was big, modern and clean. The staff were very professional and polite. Excellent location in the heart of the old town with lovely cafes around.

Disappointing

The location, definitely.

We were not informed that the rail track passes very close and we could hear it very, very clear from the room. Impossible to sleep with windows open. Also, the room was dark, we were informed that the windows are small only after having booked.
