The location! The views from the place are amazing, the whole town of Tryavna is visible!!! I visited with my parents as a child and it brought special memories. The whole place is renovated to fit the today standards.

I was promised a room with a view, however I didn’t get it. Under the room there was a table where the staff were sitting and having loud conversations, smocking and disturbing during our afternoon rest.

Great view from the room and restaurant over Tryavna. Nice spacious apartment. Renovated restaurant with good food.

The location and view are amazing.

The room was far from spotlessly clean, but what disappointed me most was the general lack of a welcoming attitude of staff. There was a huge celebration in the restaurant below our room until 1AM which didn't do much for a comfortable night. That wouldn't have been too bad if we had got a warning when booking or an apology afterwards. The way tables on the terrace are designated as 'reserved' is unfathomable to clients so every other visitor has to be moved from the table they chose - rather rudely.
