Lovely stay at a cozy hotel, well with the money

Great location, very cozy and well maintained hotel. The rooms and nicely renovated and spacious, the bathrooms are very warm and clean. We got a bathtub so we got the pleasure take a bath and relax.

A perfect city hotel with a pool and parking.

The hotel is wonderful – small, in a very good location, with a very nice, clean pool and underground parking. The staff are very kind, the rooms are nice, spacious, and clean, and there is a lovely small, cozy garden that I can’t wait to visit in the summer.

The hotel could use a light renovation, but it is definitely excellent value for money.

Great value for money, will come again

The entire stay was very satisfactory, the room was big, the bathroom had more than enough space. The pool was clean, the sauna appropriate, and the garden had a nice location to it. Breakfast had fairly enough variety.

The location was perfect - walking distance to the main activities. It was clean and comfortable for 4 of us (2 adults with 2 kids). The staff was the highlight of our stay. They ensured us a parking place which was very helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Staff was very nice. The massage was good. Breakfast was decent. Internet was not very good. I had to use my own device.

Excellent

It was an amazing experience. The hotel was very near to the centre of everything but in quite neighbour. 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. Nice and clean . The room was very nice ,the breakfast was very rich and the staff was excellent I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Christina and her big smile at the reception. She gave us all the informatiom we needed. I would never forger her kindness. Thank you Christina. Looking forward to meet you again .

A brilliant hotel very close to the centre

Great location at walking distance from the centre, helpful and friendly staff at reception, and really good to have a parking space in the garage (needs to be reserved in advance). Also great to have free breakfast included, with good croissants and a filtered water machine to refill our water bottles. Beds were comfy and the bath was really great too, with nice salts provided. The building also offers a swimming pool and a sauna!

The room was very warm and the only way to keep it cooler was to open the window (in the winter). The lights were also a bit dim. Minor things anyways!

Very friendly staff

The reception desk was super helpful. I was inquiring about Christmas Day dinner with my boyfriend’s family during our visit, and the hotel was very responsive to my request and helped secure a dinner reservation for us. The room was very comfortable - we had a balcony overlooking the city and the mountain. It was so lovely to wake up to the sunny view. The pool was nice and the sauna (although small) was another bonus. I do wish that the pool would open earlier than 10 am so we could get some morning lap swimming in. There was a fitness room; while small, it was unexpected, given it was a boutique hotel. Parking was free and easy, also another bonus. My only minor complaint was the breakfast - the selection was limited, and there wasn’t any fresh fruit. Despite that, I’d still recommend this hotel if you are looking for a restful stay.

The lamps in the garage space turn off too quickly, it is very hard to load or unload your car in the dark.

Friendly staff, we asked for a baby cot and kettle and we got them without problem. Good breakfast. Quiet neighborhood.

The balcony was too small, didn't have any chairs or table that you could sit on, it was practically unusable. The bathroom had a bad smell. The entrance didn't have an access ramp for strollers.
